- Loved the hospitality and vibe of Arcadia. The concierge and staff were so helpful and went above and beyond everyday!
- Beautiful room. Great view. Terrific front office staff
- The private pool was great. Staff was extremely friendly. Included breakfast is perfect.
Cons -
- The breakfast in the service there was the subpar. There was a yogurt station where you could add your toppings, but she was not very friendly and one did not always get what they wanted. There were many staff walking around, but very slow service
- Interactions with hotel staff including check in were unnecessarily long, service at this level should be efficient and seamless, waited a long time for responses. The 2 room suite was a huge disappointment, as one suite was underground and basement like.
