Pros +
- Everything. All first rate. Staff, location, food, cleanliness, location, security . All exactly what I expected.
- We changed rooms. The room we stayed was spacious and had a balcony with a lovely view of the sea. The hotel is clean, well kept and in a great location. The palm trees and plants around the rooms make it more exotic. The hotel has many amenities and a chargeable parking area. Staff were friendly.
- The breakfast is always huge, diverse, and delicious. The room is large and comfortable. Very polite staff and nice facilities.
Cons -
- We asked the reception/maintenance to fix 2 problems with the room but that didn't get done. The food at breakfast is repetitive and not very exciting. The loud music by the pool was a repetitive playlist coming out of a loud speaker.
- Some people with disabilities may find trouble to reach the rooms.
- the music was awful, forro and sertanejo were so loud!the lady making tapioca was roasting, get them a fan please!

the dorms were great and was just so close of the beach and shops etc
