Reception staff. The person on checkout didn’t trust me when I told her I had just one bottle of water in the room and didn’t want to start the charging process until housekeeping sent there to actually check the mini bar. However, she asked me if we had something (food or beverages) in the pool area because they were running on manual system to charge the rooms. Well she asked only about the spending on the checkout day but didn’t ask about the day prior to that which also spent on orders. She didn’t trust us on a water bottle but relied on us for everything else. I almost asked her if she was really going to trust us for the pool stuff that we had because two minutes before, I wasn’t that trustful. Not pleasant at all, that’s for sure. A water bottle cost 8,00 real and everything else that we told her cost 186,00 real. Common sense and respect would be nice too!

The hotel is fantastic, pools a re amazing, crew is welcoming and friendly, and the food is delicious. They try their best to make you fell comfortable and enjoy your stay. The breakfast is amazing, so many options and everything was delicious.

We felt a little intimidated with their “concierge” system. This was not our first time in the hotel, and during our first stay, we were almost obliged to go through their concierge section, and answer to a lot of questions. They provided us with an “exclusive breakfast” on the other day, however, we lost a lot of time listening to a business proposal and lost almost all our free time in the pool. This time we decided to skip concierge, however they still messaged us inviting to a meeting. I really fell like they should leave the option to meet the concierge as a guest option, it is somewhat embarrassing to fell obliged to do it.

Excellent!Kudos to Maria at the reception, she went above and beyond to accommodate us at the spare of the moment!!The floor manager, Wanda (I guess that's her name) she was very helpful. The dinner buffet was a delish, Mauricio, the waiters and manager were fantastic!!

I loved everything!!

The meals are top notch. Much much better in quality than Sehrs where we also stayed. The resort is very family oriented and has lots of nice activities for the kids. We loved it. The resort focuses on quality over quantity.

The rooms could be a bit better. They are spacious but not as “new” as Sehrs for instance. The resort should have a soccer pitch or a small indoor soccer venue.

Main Counter Reception Staff, Being double billed for things, purchased food is below average - very poor and takes an age to get it.

The whole staff is amazing, my special congratulations to Geraldo, Juliete, Neide e Sr. Edivaldo. Food is really good, loved the breakfast.In general the hotel is very clean, the comum areas are very well maintained, clean and organized.

The bathroom inside the room needs to be cleaned better, they have lots of mode in the shower, looks disgusting. That needs to be improved.

Check in was slow with only one staff member. Pillows and bed were cheap and uncomfortable. Phone and TV didnt work so was not checked prior to our arrival.

Vast, clean, luxurious. Kind staff. They gave us late check out with a big smile.

I’ve talk, it was amazing. Food wise, I would have loved to see more salads and vegetable dishes, and while grain bread.

It was peaceful and the pool was very relaxing

They charged for the use of the heated pool which was very uncool. The gym was too basic and the design of the building with multi leveled areas for food, reception and rooms was kind of annoying with only 2 elevators and activities that happenned in 3 different floors. The elevators line became an annoyance.

It is a decent hotel but definitely not a 5 star.

The only restaurant available until 3:00pm is a buffet. The concierge gave wrong informations. The reception took too long for the check in and was never interested to help. Breakfast is poor in variety. Not enough chairs in the pool area. Food in the bar takes 40 minutes to arrive, even a simple lemonade!

I really enjoying staying there. The staff were extremely friendly, polite end helpful. The breakfast is amazing with a great variety of local cosine. The recreation for kids was great! My kids really enjoying tio Parafuso e a tia Alegria, they were so friendly and nice with my kids. We could see that they really enjoy what they do! I really recommend Wish Natal! It is worth it spending time there!

I don't have anything to say that I did not like in the hotel. Everything was very good! I highly recommend the hotel :D

Place, staff, food all very good. Gabriela and driver Ivan from Luck, Dayane and Bruno from concierge, staff of Malta, tio Parafuso,all very nice and attentive! I will return in the future!

It’s location is wonderful, just right in front of the ocean, great swimming pool and leisure spaces and activities

Poor breakfast, not so much choices! Some part of the hotel should be renovated! But in general it’s a good Hotel

Buffet breakfast and buffet dinner were excellent.

The a la carte restaurant was disappointing. The bathrooms were underwhelming.

The food was very good and the staff very happy and helpful

For the money the rooms are a bit tired and it’s a ling walk to the town centre

The rooms were smelly and the hotel seems very old. The staff was helpful but not pleasant at all.

The hotel and the staff are great.Having some activities proposed for all guests was a plus and appreciated.

One day I saw one of the gardeners cutting the grass with his bare hand. That was very shocking to me. Such a hotel should treat and equip their staff better and be an example to others.It cost nothing to treat people in the right way, besides making the work more effective.I felt bad to be in a place where the attention to detail, does not take into consideration basic labor rights.I've mentioned it in another review for the hotel, but I don't know if they really understood it.

Location and facilities. All in the same place, in front of the beach, kid’s agenda and great food! Friendly staff!

There’s a cross-selling of their Exclusive Guest program that make you invest lot of time to get a “bonus”. In the end I get a massage for two, but was almost impossible find a slot to use it. The program itself was super expensive and I feel like I lost 2 hours.
