Chateau Zevgoli

We had a lovely time at Chateau Zevgoli. The owners are kind and communicative. The location is excellent and we especially enjoyed the patio with a beautiful view of the Temple of Apollo. Our room was clean and comfortable, and I highly recommend it for anyone staying in Naxos Town.

I have no complaints about Chateau Zevgoli.

In the middle of the old town steps away from many excellent charming restaurants within the maze of the old town. Absolutely quiet. Truly a family owned hotel and the owner Giorgio is very attentive to all your needs

A bit of a hike to get to for those who have trouble with stairs

A small gem in the Kastro area of Naxos old town this hotel is a traditional Naxian style with a central courtyard and lovely roof terrace. It was close to the castle and lovely restaurant AVATON 1739 which we frequented for delicious breakfasts. We had a double room in the hotel which provided all necessary facilities. The property is cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly.

Everything was fine for us. However we would book one of the upper floor rooms in future as they have more floor space and outside terrace for viewing the amazing sunsets. The double room was rather small but a very reasonable price.

Fabulous little find , I’ve been island hopping and staying in various hotels but this outshines them all . It’s authentic with lots of antiques , very clean and beautiful views and very peaceful

Everything! The ambience and the staff were a delight. Authentic family style house with spotlessly clean rooms.

Charming structure in a great location. Lovely staff, George is an excellent manager and Despina is a gracious owner who wants her guests to be happy. The cleaning staff does an amazing job. Our room was attractive and comfortable. We had a nice patio. It was a delightful experience!

Such a warm and inviting home-tel, just lovely. The location is perfect, quiet but close to everything I wanted to do including a short walk to the beach. Despina and Ana are so attentive, great Greek hospitality. My room was charming yet modern facilities. Highly recommend for a solo traveler and I was also able to work remotely from there in my room and upstairs on the patio with a view of the sea.

Chateau zevgoli was terrific! Right in the middle of the Labyrinth in Naxos town. There are helpful signs all over for how to get back to the hotel and you are right in the middle of the best part of Naxos. The view is terrific as well, especially in the evening for sunset. We will be coming back!

Lovely hotel in an ancient house . Our suite was really large and comfortable , and had a great terrace which allows to admire the sunset . Owners are really welcoming and sympathic .

What a beautiful little jewel box of a hotel! The original building, built in the 1800s, has been carefully preserved and renovated as needed. But there are charming details throughout.The staff (housekeeping) and the people who run it are generous and thoughtful. The views extraordinary. Watching the sunset every night from the balcony was lovely.No taxi can get you close to the hotel, the streets are far too narrow and impassable. So don’t be surprised when they have to leave you at the bottom of the hill to make your way up on your own. But it’s worth it.

A fantastic location in Naxos. A lovely older hotel with a low key vibe. A quiet area but still walkable to all the action in the town front.

When we arrived in the evening we got a big bottle of water which was just what you needed. There was also a little fridge and a kettle which was so nice. ?

historic building with cozy decor in a good location. it was a nice room with good amenities such as an electric kettle in the room and reliable wifi. very nice rooftop and very nice owners/staff who are quite understanding and accommodating.

could have been a bit cleaner but nothing major. kinda hard to get to up all those stairs if you’re handicapped but good location overall. the signs helped though!

A really interesting property - quirky old furnishings - we had the top room (suite)overlooking the Portala with a shared terrace - we had it to ourselves. Pretty garden entrance - other tourists were taking picture of it. Great location.

The bathroom was a bit tired perhaps. Clean with lots of hot water but with a shower curtain - (I just don’t like them).

The owner was in the hospital when I visited so my visit would not be the norm. The room was comfortable and the place was clean and very conveniently located in the harbor town. It had a beautiful view from the balcony and was relatively quiet at night for rest. My only suggestion is that there be more places to put luggage and personal items in rooms. The bathroom needed more hooks to hang towels and shelf for personal items.
