Wonderful place, rustic but luxurious at the same time. Maria is amazing and gives the best hugs!? they took great care of us! Warm,Friendly, definitely recommend!

Fabulous stay. Maria is a gem and truly made our experience one of a kind. Clean room, well stocked and a lovely little patio to watch the sunrise over breakfast. 10/10 highly recommend

Proximity to St. George beach was excellent.

Noise was a factor. The water pump outside our room was on for the first two nights of our stay and sleep was impossible. Also, other tenants with very noisy children were in the adjacent apartment directly across the road. The child screamed and I mean screamed almost all day and evening. We realize the owners cannot control this but made for a rather less than pleasant stay. The beds and linens could have been more comfortable. Overall, we paid over $200 per night and have stayed in nicer places for less. Maria is very pleasant and is anxious to please but also extremely loud We had hoped for a quieter more peaceful stay.

Such a cute accommodation! It is owned by a lovely lady and they were great about cleaning it daily. Everything was very cute and comfortable for our stay! The management was very communicative and there is a free shuttle to take you to the accommodation from the office which is located very close to the ferry!

It is a bit of a walk from Naxos town but not that inconvenient.

Beautiful location! The rooms were nicely decorated. Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen.

Everything was perfect!

Arhontiko is a very cute, traditional Greek guest house with a super-friendly host Maria. Hugs and kisses are guaranteed. I stayed in Artemis room and was impressed with the decor and interior. Maria makes the room every day and provides fresh towels and little treats, if you are a good boy or girl. I was perfectly happy staying there and was not left wanting anything. A true local home experience is guaranteed.

The local family next door are very expressive, regardless of the time of day. I guess this counts as local neighbourhood experience. Also, there was a little back-and-forth with the payment, which could have been done more efficiently. There is an 11 minute walk into town which some people might need to consider. I did not mind it. :-)

Kyria Maria (that's Mrs Maria in Greek) is very kind, treat you like long lost family, bonus points if you attempt to speak a little Greek to her. Accomodation was superb and plenty (we had their 2-bedroom apartment), 5 minute easy walk from a large SPAR supermarket (which you can get pretty much anything). It is also walkable to the port (assuming you do not have suitcases) and all the wonderful side street of Naxos.

We didn't like having to leave the accomodation and wish we could take Mrs Maria home with us!??

Our hostess “Naxos Maria” was delightful, jovial and left treats for us every day. The beds were comfortable and the location was great (not really walking distance to things, but we rented a car). The patio was large and perfect for breakfast or dinner. Having a washer was awesome! The supermarket was a short walk away.

Minor things…There were four of us so the only real gathering place was outside. Otherwise some were sitting on the bed. The wet shower took some getting used to (remember to move the toilet paper out until after you shower so it doesn’t get wet).

We absolutely loved our stay at Arhontiko. Everything was perfect; beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, comfortable bed and great shower! The best part of our stay was meeting Maria - she is a wonderful host!

The best host ever! The room is definitely worth much more than what you paid for! So tastefully decorated and the bed is dreamily comfy! Feels like a home away from home. The hostess will even serve you biscuits when they clean the room! When I return to Naxos, I'll no doubt stay here again! Location is also perfect as it is a short 5 - 10 mins walk away! I pretty much walked everywhere including to the central town area which would take you approximately 20 minutes to reach.

Nothing at all!

Clean and fresh with everything one might need to be really comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful and easy to communicate with. Perfect location as well, close to town, the supermarket and the beach but without all the noise.

There was nothing to dislike.

The host Maria was fantastic. Couldnt do enough for you despite the language barrier. The rooms were perfect, comfortable beds, super clean, lovely bathroom and a short walk in to the centre which we liked.

We have never in all our years been greeted at a property with such warmth! This hotel, and Maria, set the bar HIGH for all our other stays in the Cyclades - none of which compared to beautiful Arhontiko. The property is so well built and designed, comfortable and well located close to the beach and a 15 minute walk from the center of Chora. Every day Maria's sweet "Yassas!" and the little treats she left in our room brought a smile to our faces - we will never forget her and are so glad we booked here. An authentic Greek property with lovely owners, 10 out of 10!

The room was clean and the room service was quite on point.

The window was facing a highly circulated road and there was a lot of noise.

Beautiful decoration and good facilities Having two showers and bathrooms was greatThe verandas/balcony were the perfect spot to relax Beds were very comfortable and the AC and TV with Netflix were excellent features. There is a bus stop very close to the property to access other beaches (which are all beautiful) There is a beach about 5 minutes away and the main town is a 15/20 minute walk Kiria Maria was lovely and would often leave fruit or sweet treats in the room.

Water pressure in one the showers was very weak

We had an exceptional stay at Arhontiko. From the beautiful room and property, to convenient location, and above all the hospitality of the property manager Maria, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on the island. Maria truly made us feel like part of her family, and took extra special care of our little guy. We are already talking about when we will get back!

Clean and cosy apartment, with two bathrooms. Nice terrace for breakfast. No view of the sea, but over a nearby field. still, only 5 minute's walk to the beach. 5 five-minute walk to a super nice grocery store, the best we visited while in Greece.Host supplied us with fresh vegetables from their garden, while we had breakfast :)
