The pool is great and surrounding sunbeds - also pool bar was excellent- loved the location so close to the beach. Overall great value for money

Beach walking distance, Plaka beach is beautiful, would rinse off and the kids would enjoy the ginormous pool. Beautiful property.

Beautiful, close to the beach and clean

The beds are really hard and the wifi was not consistent. What I did not like was the staff in the mini market were arguing in Greek (I knew what they were saying) in front of tourists. Not very professional.

Plaza Beach Hotel was very quaint. It was located at an excellent part of the beach with easy access to beach beds and umbrellas (for an extra cost however if you ask at the front desk they will provide an umbrella for your stay which we weren't aware of until check out). It is also very easy to walk to nearby restaurants. The pool and pool bar were really nice. Our view from our room and balcony was incredible. The free breakfast was nice and having the market on site was an added bonus. The staff were friendly and accommodating

We had two rooms and one of them had a strong odor that never went away. The mattresses are extremely hard and there are no blankets unless requested. You only get a sheet. It appears they are working to update and remodel the facilities but they are still a bit dated.

I loved everything about this hotel — the pool area was relaxing, the location was convenient, and the rooms were clean and modern. Would happily stay again.

The room was fine. Breakfast was fresh and the staff were friendly. You can enjoy a lovely lunch by the pool if you don’t feel like leaving the hotel.

We chose the Plaza Beach Hotel because our friends were getting married at a nearby beach, so we chose it mainly for the location. The location is very beautiful, right on the gorgeous Aegean Sea. We were lucky to get a room with a terrace overlooking the sea, where we watched the sunset. Straight out of a postcard. The beach is literally in front of the hotel and there are a few different places to rent umbrellas and sun beds a few minutes' walk from the hotel.Our room was simple but had ample storage space and the bed was quite big and comfortable. The room was very clean, and we noticed that cleanliness was prioritized throughout the property.Breakfast was good, a buffet with hot and cold options, both savory and sweet, such as eggs, bacon, pan fried vegetables, vegetable and chicken pie, Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, cakes, pancakes, bread, jam, pastries. Most things were the same every morning, but there were always a couple of daily specials which made it more interesting.The pool area was well kept and although the sun beds are not super comfortable, they were available for free and there were a good number of them. We never had an issue finding one.We had lunch twice at the pool bar and everything that we tried was better than we expected.The staff was helpful and polite, without exception, from the receptionists to the waiting staff to the cleaning staff.You can rent a car/quad/moped directly from the hotel reception for one day, which can be very convenient for exploring the island.A bus stop right in front of the hotel serves a bus line that takes you to Naxos Town in about 30 minutes. It runs every half hour, from about 7 in the morning until midnight. It was extremely convenient to visit the town and have dinner there without having to drive.There is a mini market right in the hotel, which has a bit of everything, from sun cream to fruit, water, snacks, sun hats etc.

I would recommend the Plaza Beach Hotel to anyone going to Plaka. If I have to find fault with something, the shower wasn't great, and I would have preferred more comfortable sun beds in the pool area, but these are just small details. Some of the breakfast items could have been better, like the fresh bread.Something to flag, which has nothing to do with the hotel but with Plaka, is that this area is often windy, we found 2 days of strong winds which made it impossible to be at the beach. We spent some of the time by the pool but that too became uncomfortable at one point. Probably a good time to rent a vehicle and explore the island.

It was quite far last bus stop from city center however it was quiet and staff very helpful with taxi when needed

The hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout our visit. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. I felt comfortable and truly enjoyed every moment of my stay.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The pool area was spacious and clean, with plenty of sunbeds. Staff were always smiling and willing to help. Would definitely book again!

It was exactly what I wanted: a relaxing spot away from the higher traffic areas. It was 8 minutes by car from all the restaurants and shops in Agia and 4 minutes from Plaka beach. The pool was amazing, and to get to the beach where the water was perfect, all you had to do was cross a dirt road and a very, very short walk to the cabanas, about 50 - 100 feet. Everything was amazing, I didn't spend too much time at the hotel because I was out and about.

Everything was great, 9.8/10. The reviews were spot on and accurate, and the hotel lived up to my expectations and exceeded other expectations I had. The hotel fit every requirement I was looking for, close to the beach, had a pool (mass pool considering other options on island), had grass, great AC, rooms were plenty big, had a porch (balcony if on 2nd level), was quiet, was away from all the action, had parking, had a gym. The place was amazing. I would 10/10 stay here again. The food could have been a tiny bit better, but I only ate twice at my hotel in 5 days. I didn't fly 12 hours to eat food at a hotel

The lady at reception who helped me with my bags was really kind. The location was also convenient to the beach and to the bus stop.

Clean room, great view. Breakfast rich and fresh.

Great hotel, very helpful staff. Rooms were a good size and clean. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbours tv but the AC drowns it out. Lovely pool area and you can rent a car right at the hotel. Very convenient bus stop at the hotel and a store on site. Beach spot is beautiful and close to some good restaurants. Breakfast included but was medium. Careful walking at night it’s a bit dark so bring a flashlight! Great stay overall.

Right on the beach, next to mini market and short walk to some amazing restaurants. Room had beautiful view of the water and mountains. Traditional style of Greek accommodation which had its own charm.

Had a poor experience with a staff member in the pool area within the first 30mins of our stay. Gave me the impression that the place is not typically child friendly.

The location, the team, and the facilities are excellent. You can switch between the beach and the pool within one minute, the bus stops right in the parking lot.

The roosters

The room was large with a balcony. The shower was a bit small.The location of the hotel across the road from the beach front was great. You can skip between the beach or the pool area for a relaxing day.The hotel is a little out of the way if you don't have a car, but the bus stop is literally in the driveway of the hotel, so made it alot easier to get to and from the main centre and port area.

The pool was big and clean. The pool area was quiet with plenty of sun loungers for everyone. It was a very short walk across the road to Plaka beach and slightly longer walk to some excellent tavernas. The bus into Naxos went from outside the ghotel every half hour and we could hire a card by the day direct from the hotel. th ehotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast lacked imagination. Would have liked more nuts and seeds and fresh fruit and more changes in the menu - it was pretty much the same everyday. Bathroom was quite small and a bit outdated.

Idyllic, quiet location to get away from it all. Super friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room. Comfy bed. Generous AC outlets. Nice breakfast. Wonderful pools. Lots of lounging chairs. Awesome beach right across the road. Small market on site. Straightforward bus ride to town for cheap.

Small shower. Room lights were very bright. No decaf coffee. Some breads were put in a heated bin which dried them out.
