The pool Breakfast included Good access with the local bus.

The locks are very hard to open and close. Could be more modern. Wifi was bad.

The staff 10/10. Super clean. Great location because the bus stop is right outside. The breakfast is included and it was delicious everyday! Very peaceful and beautiful.

The pool and view are very nice! The city center (Chora) is only a 5 minutes drive. Didn't interact too much with the staff, but they seemed very nice! The guy at the bar was very friendly.

Our room wasn't that clean. We found hair in the shower and in other locations in the room. The trash can was quite dirty.

Very nice, well-located hotel close to the airport, 15 mins from the port, and right by the beach. Having a car made exploring easier. Great breakfast, stunning views, and amazing pools. We had a great time and would return!

The lamp over the head on the bed we hit several times , no towel hanger in the bathroom

I had some doubts about this accommodation because of the bad reviews but everything was just perfect. The breakfast, the room, the pool, everything and the bus stop being in front of the hotel was a big plus. I highly recommend this place❤️

The pool was nice...it was quiet here...beach within walking but with crazy traffic...on bus route to main town

Aircon wasnt working well in my room...power was cut one night into the morning due to nearby fire and last day the power had been reduced...both not in their control but no electronics charged and worse no espresso?...would like if there were non smoking area to eat breakfast at a table without guests/staff smoking in my space...but thats Europe for you

The room was spacious, the shower was also spacious (just how I like it), the breakfast was quite varied, the staff all friendly and approachable, I liked that it had a bus stop right outside of the hotel and the bus trip only cost 2€ (or 4€ for return). The pools were clean and refreshing. The view from the room was nice.

The TV channels sometimes didn't work (like they had bad signal), had to keep turning it off and back on but that would only fix it temporarily. That's all I can think of.

Excellent, welcoming & discreet staff, very good breakfast and bar, AC worked perfectly well. It’s easy to travel from there even if you don’t have a car or don’t want to use a taxi - there’s a bus stop in front of the facility. My son fell in love with this hotel :). Full relax guaranteed.

Little too far to the beach, but spending the time in the pool is awesome. Or getting to the city of Naxos.

The only good was the location and the area of the pool and yard.

The room was dirty, the walls were dirty, spider nests , dust everywhere. The room service was daily, however they changed only towels and do the bed sheets. I asked to clean the bathroom and a woman came for three minutes supposed cleaned it.The breakfast was disappointing, really bad quality.

Hotel is really nice and luxurious, great swimming pool, Breakfast is great!15 minutes walking from the beach.

Staff was looking tired, and worries and they didn't carry a good vibe. Except for Osvaldo, he was the only one to smile to us, they should get more of his energy hehe

This is a 2-Star hotel, rooms and interior was old and dirty. The pool area was filled with ants and all sunbeds were broken. Would recommend this hotel only if you are looking for a 2-star resort

The location was very good, 5’ by car from Agios Prokopios beach and another 5’ from Chora. The outdoor premises and pool area were nice and well maintained. The staff at the hotel reception was polite.

The window shutters’ latches were rusty and we could not open /close these. The bathroom needed renovation as some parts of it were also rusty. The bed mattress was worn out and we sinked into it, resulting to poor sleep quality. There was no ‘Do not disturb’ sign available, resulting to the cleaning lady entering our room while we were still asleep. The breakfast was of poor quality, apart from the fresh fruit served. The ‘sea view’ from the room balcony was not as depicted in the booking.com room photos.

2 Spiders in my room.Spiderwebs outside and inside room. Not sure how its 4 stars but nevermind it was decent overall.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the premises have everything you need.

The location is good but it would be easier with a car.

Very nice hotel with very hospitable staff. Provided help whenever needed. The pool is amazing and the pool bar provides snacks and drinks.

The air conditioning is very loud at night! Apart that, everything was perfect.

The pool, the 24h reception, the possibility to rent a car, the breakfast, the aesthetic of the village, the staff, the bus stop near the hotel, the possibility to eat at any time.
