The staff is very kind and always helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast and has a nice restaurant inside. It is very close to the beach, with excellent service throughout. A great choice for both comfort and convenience

The only downside this year was the presence of mosquitoes in the area. The hotel promptly provided pesticides, which helped, but ideally they should raise this issue with the municipality for a more permanent solution.”

Breakfast buffet was so substantial and fun. Lovely service. They kindly accommodated our early check in. Huge pool and a nice hammam.

There are a lot of stairs :) Not necessarily a bad thing, but with baby and a stroller, just something to be aware of when booking a room: ask to stand on the ground floor!

It was end of season so could not utilize all the amenities , but property was beautiful, well kept and clean. Our room has a lovely view. Staff was very kind, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was amazing! So much to try, all delicious

I had a fantastic stay at cocos the club solto. The staff was extremely welcoming and made sure I felt at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast each morning was perfect—delicious and with plenty of options. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to the city’s attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Alaçati!

Staff was really kind, the rooms are nice and spacy, they where very supportive with us bringing a kid. the staff was very nice, breakfast was really good, and the beach is great.

given that the location is on the sea, the hotel is located a bit away from the city(10 min taxi). but this is also very easily solved by taking a taxi.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms and a wonderful private beach. The breakfast buffet was a particular highlight!

Breakfast is a bit too western imo.The beach was disgusting, also the sea stank and lots of trash in there. However, there was a storm prior to our arrival, so maybe that caused it as the sea was also pretty wild. The last day the sea had calmed and the water looked clear blue and clean. So not sure how often this happens, but be prepared to spend more time at the pool if it storms.Sometimes you get the weird Izmir shit smell outside, which means you need to sleep with the airco on. The airco units are horribly outdated so very noisy.

Disappointed

My room was not very clean upon arrival. The floor was unclean and there was sand. There was also dust in the wardrobe. There was no milk in the fridge or proper coffee in the room either to justify the price for the room. It felt musty and I am honestly disappointed. I did not want to make a fuss as I was only there for 2 nights.I would also recommend that people use the safe to put their valuables in it when leaving the room.

Service is zero. Rooms need renovation especially bathroom. Restaurant staff are very unhelpful and front desk staff are very unprofessional. Security staff are very angry and rude. Housekeeper always forgot something to do or fill up the stuff which we use.

I travel with my family. Breakfast and staff were great! We enjoyed our stay.

Location in a nice bay, shallow water and soft sand which was agreeable with small children. Very nice pool and pool area. Simple but cosy decor, beautiful spa with lovely masseuses. Nice personnel .

The food is really not good from breakfast to dinner and is terribly overpriced. There was no drinking water in the spa. The water in the room was not refilled every day. The deckchairs at the beach area are so densely put that you'd find yourself shoulder to shoulder with your neighbour. There is another hotel adjacent to the Cocos and its nosy.

Very good atmosphere, with nice stuff and great food. I also want to remark the cleaning services which are very good - every day room cleanup.Pro: - private beach, relaxing area and very close to the center of Alaçati (5 mins by car)

The hotel is in a small coastal town with plenty of water sports and a marina. Staff are helpful, friendly and very well trained. Not all speak English but they will find someone that does. They provide an amazing breakfast with a big variety of options.

Dinner at the hotel is very expensive, portions are small and is a letdown from the efforts they put in for breakfast.

Nice beach, nice location, good water sport facilities, very nice pool, room facilities were okay. The staff were kind and helpful. Break fast was good with adequate quality.

Room was not clean when I checked in, dust on the tables and mirrors. but it was better next day after staying one night.

The hotel feels very spacious and the building itself is very nicely organized. Good breakfast, very good cleaning service

The staff barely speaks any English, the music on the beach is too loud, sometimes the quality of service does not live up to expectations. No activities or anything, the beach could have been cleaner.

Beautiful surroundings, good facilities, very good food and value. Would definitely go again.
