Grand Alaçatı Butik Hotel

It is close to the city center and Cesme bus stop - easy access to beach. Bed spread and the swimming pool area is clean and maintained. Fridge is cold. Cute decors. Quiet neighborhood.

1. The AC did not work on the first night of our stay. Hotel managers were unable to fix the issue or provide fan for air circulation, etc. Luckily the next day, it is functioning again. 2. No kettle or complimentary water bottles in the room. 3. The shower floor in the bathroom is very moldy and slippery. I think it is just simple water stain but seems it is not cleaned. 4. If you have suitcase as luggage, it will be a bit strenuous to drag it up the hills to find the location of the hotel. The reception desk is in the back. We got the room on first floor, but there are some stairs all over the property even just getting around to the room, will go through a few staircases up and down.

The staff is really nice and so is the owner along with his wife. The hotel is neat and comfortable.

This hotel was a quiet , amazing boutique hotel where everyone especially the Owner Mr. Kasim was smiley and kind. The property overall was clean, proper and hygenic.

The hotel room was clean comfy, and spacious. Breakfast is provided with a wide selection of foods. The workers are pleasant and helpful. The location is ideal for a stroll around the city centre. Definitely, I will book this hotel again.

The property has a very good location, in a quiet place outside of the center of Alacati, but very close in a 7-10 minutes walk. Enough parking place for the people that come by car. The rooms are absolutely cozy and beautiful, we had ottoman style with balcony. Beautiful and stylish pool. We had a very good breakfast on the restaurant terrace.

A real warm and friendly house, very clean and tidy, supermarkets are a few minutes away, about 7 to 8 minutes to the bustling city center of Alacati on foot, unique homemade breakfasts that are prepared every day, a friendly and friendly lover. Whatever you want is at your disposal, Mr. Qasim did whatever help he could for us.

We had an amazing stay. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The location was ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and great dining options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Close to town, excellent breakfast, decent size swimming pool, very clean, lovely and friendly people the boss Kazim, Jevaher, Ata and Dila.

Mr Kasim, the owner, and his staff were kind and helpful and cared about their customers. Their breakfast was excellent and delicious. We will come back! Thanks for your hospitality!

Everything was perfect!

Loved this place! Serene location. Close enough to the city and shops. It's a bit of a climb down but walkable. Parking on the street but literally nobody else passes on the street except those who live around. The owner is a really nice guy and the helper too. They used translate for everything but we're extremely friendly and hospitable. It's quite like we're staying at their house, which is the point of a boutique hotel. The best part for us (especially given that finding a vegetarian meal for lunch or dinner was a pain) was the breakfast! The spread was just fantastic! Lovely stay overall.

Nothing much really. The AC wasn't working when we checked in, but the owner is also a contractor. So he was able to fix it for us and was super nice about it despite my pestering.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious! The staff including the the hotel owner were so kind and helpful.

The hotel is very close to the city center, 10 min walking distance. Very close to shops, restaurants anything you would need. Staff is very friendly and kind. Breakfast is amazing with several jams, pastes, pastries as well as unlimited tea and coffee. Rooms are cleaned everyday, towels are replaced daily. Kasim Bey, Ayse Hanim, Cemsit and the others are all so nice and they do anything you need to make you feel at home. Pool is a decent size surrounded by a lot of sun-beds as well as chairs&tables. So pleasant to sit around the pool and drink some Turkish coffee. We definitely recommend this lovely hotel to anyone who visits Alacati and we will sure be back next year! Thank you for everything!!

The hosts are on-site at all hours and very very helpful with anything you need and go out of their way to make you comfortable. They even picked us up (for free) when our flight and connection was very late on arrival! The breakfast is prepared daily and exceptional. The host provides a very competitive currency exchange service. What a great stay!

This is no fault of the property, but note the power sometimes goes out in Alacati for 1-2 hours. This means you might not have a/c on occasion. But e wasn’t a big problem for us as it happened in the very early morning.

Disapointing

Cigarettes smoke smell in the room through the ventilation. Very poor breakfast. Lack of communication from the personel

it has a very friendly vibestaff act like we are family or friendsthe owner was so caringhe even ride us to the terminal with his car free of chargeeven with no English language they act very caringthe owner even changed our money in a very fare pricebreakfast was sooo good and they try to add something new every morning, room was cleaned every day the location is good it's a little far from the beach however it was close to the centre of the city it was in the middle so you can walk anywhere i would like to thanks them for their hospitality, altough some of Turkish people try to overcharge us for everything but staying here made a very good memory of Turkish people for us

everything was very good just one point, the room don't have a electrical kettle.some people like us who drink tea very often, electric kettle is essential!
