Despite being overstaffed, it did not at all meet the service expectations for a five star resort. They had to move our room twice because of noise, and each time gave us a smaller room than what I paid for, gave us a hard time when we asked for soap, etc

Best hotel we ever stayed! Elegant grounds,cozy and modern chicdecor. Very friendly staff;  took excellent care of us. Our children loved the Kids Club.

All I can say is WOW. This place is sensational! We stayed just before the closed for the season and it wasn’t crowded at all. Hands down one of the most gorgeous resorts I’ve ever seen. It was so relaxing, the food was great, and the beach is stunning. We can’t wait to come back!

A bit pricey, drinks/food cheaper in Alacati, but you certainly get what you pay for-top notch service and libations.

Kids club, guest relations. Great experience, so clean and professional property, all personnel are extremely professional and helpful. Guest relations with mobile communication is a game changer. Thanks so much specially Eylul, Zeynep, and Ece hanim for their punctual support. Overall this is a great place for family vacation. Not inexpensive but worth every penny.

My stay was simply outstanding in every aspect. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the level of professionalism was remarkable. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the breakfast offered was excellent. The beach and the various water activities exceeded my expectations.Overall, everything was more delightful than I had anticipated. The hospitality provided was truly exceptional, and the dining options across all restaurants were delicious. I will undoubtedly return to this resort multiple times.

Nice stay overall, good location a bit windy seaside but compensated with great service and comfortable rooms indeed. Ali the chief and Fatih both were exceptionally helpful on every occasion during the service. Worthwhile for a nice quiet escape.

Biblos has multiple pools and restaurants , plus the beach front , therefore the guests were spread out and it didn’t feel crowded. The pools were sparkling clean. We liked the music entertainment at their Miso Seafood restaurant. The staff throughout the entire resort were helpful and super friendly! Special thanks to Ozgur , who greeted us every morning with smile at the breakfast buffet, which was absolutely spectacular with fresh greens and everything else you could imagine! It was the best breakfast we have ever experienced at a resort. Also, thank you to the staff at the reception desk who quickly fixed an issue with our room and there was consistent follow up to ensure we were enjoying our stay.

We have been to better beaches, but the overall resort and the service from the staff made this a top-notch 5-star experience!

Anastasia, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. She showed us around the property, explained all the entertainment options available, and was accessible via chat whenever we needed assistance.The resort provided a complimentary birthday cake and a fruit basket, which were delightful touches that made my special day even more memorable. Despite visiting towards the end of the season, the resort maintained a high standard of service. The weather was perfect, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the ambiance was peaceful.The room exceeded my expectations with its space, luxurious comfort, and high-end amenities, including heavenly comfortable beds, plush pillows, and a fancy bathroom. The resort's facilities, like the gym, spa, and gaming room, were all well-maintained and readily available.The food was fantastic, and I highly recommend opting for the all-inclusive package as it truly pays off, providing great value and convenience.Overall, my stay at Biblos Resort Alaçatı was outstanding with no downsides. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and pampered getaway.

miscommunication with my airport pick up which unfortunately was at 4am in the morning. BUT the staff did everything to make up for this during my stay in every possible way. One night was even deducted from my accommodation which was really appreciated

Beautiful hotel and facilities - we felt like we were on a tropical escape and a great location, close to the centre with cab. The service was impeccable, super friendly and attentive throughout the hotel. Easily up there with some of the best hotels we’ve visited - we also loved the VIP transfer and WhatsApp service feature, with Gamze, Buse and Hediye always on hand to help us with whatever we needed, thanks a million!

Attention to details was excellent! Breakfast/Food was excellent! Facilities for children are fantastic! People were very helpful!

restaurants are very (too) expensive ;no peaceful or quit evening on the terrace of your swim up room as there is loud music, unfortunately not only from Biblos only however also from the place nextdoor

Everything was perfect especially the Experience agent service " Anastasia was the Star or the Hotel" the best service ever I get. Hotel Restaurants was good as well

The noise of Kids everywhere, it has to have an Adult pool in such a property
