Everything was perfect.. the owner was very kind and even the girl that was sitting in the hotel was very friendly, respectful and helpful It was a lovely stay in Kostem Hotel

An hidden gem in the Alaat center. Bright and cozy bedroom, clean bathroom and tastefully decorated common areas. The owners and staff are extremely helpful and they made us feel like home. Beautiful authentic Turkish breakfast with organic food.

The lady who welcomed us was amazingly sweet, the hotel was in the middle of the centrum, very clean and big room.

That the parking was abit further away from the hotel. The roads arent easy with a suitcase.

I loved everything about our stay. It was perfect. The staff was so friendly and sweet. The location was perfect. The breakfast was awesome.

The staff was extremely friendly, we enjoyed very much the conversations with Ibrahim and the tips on the most common turkish words. Also, the breakfast was so nicely prepared, with fresh and local ingredients (many from their own garden).We would definitely come back!

We loved staying in this lovely boutique hotel. It is located in the center of Alacati, so you can walk to all the restaurants and shops. The service of the staff was great, nothing was too much. A good breakfast with a lot of choices.

The location was brilliant. The staff and the owner were very nice welcoming and helpful.

No parking for the hotel, the internet was lousy, the kitchen was not equipped at all no coffee machine or a a kettle expected as we had a suite with a kitchenette.

Communication about the location of the property was not optimum. Better make sure you have an understanding on the exact location prior to driving as navigation leads to old city which is impossible to pass by car.

Everything was amazing. The friendly staff, the wonderful owner always on premises, the tasty organic food served by the owner herself (she insisted I tried everything as she knows what she is serving is amazing!)The hotel design is awesome... very unique.. full of old pieces.. very nice ones... as an Architect, I loved every corner of it!The owner is so sweet.. an Angel! She was so excited we were honeymooners.. and offered us a gift too We wished we could have stayed more, but we were off to another city...

Only Internet and Wifi should be improved.

Only the location is good but if you take the ground room you cant sleep

The owner is rude and at check out she refused our complaint and said I dont speak to you!The room was not clean and bathroom smells They only give one toilet paper for 2 so buy toilet paper as the one they provide is dirty .For the price we paid its not worth it They gave us a different room and said thats the room we booked however it was not they only care about taking your money

Nothing,, hotel doesn't have a beach access.. but location is in the middle of the most important location in Alacati.

Incredible stay and hospitality. We had a problem finding a parking and locating the hotel because the streets were blocked to car traffic, we called the hotel and Hussein who works at the hotel actually met us 5 mins away from the hotel and showed us where to park. He even paid for the parking because we didn't have Turkish money. Breakfast is the best in Turkey, organic vegetables and baked bread made especially for the hotel guests. Amazing tasty food and tables at the garden- just spectacular. Location of the hotel is incredible, literally we were in the middle of the main city where all the bars and restaurants are located. Gorgeous stay which feels you're in someone's private house. Owner is extremely nice and was very helpful in many ways. I can't thank them enough for that gorgeous stay, one of the best trips in my life.

I didn't stay long enough

Best place to stay in Alacati. The owner takes care of everything. The breakfast could not be better. All vegetables eggs a.s.o. fresh and from biological grounds. Very tasty. Also the location is superb.

Everything was perfect!! The kindest staff, heart of gold. Close to everything. It felt like home by the first day. Cant wait to stay in this hotel next year!!
