Location is good..hotel is clean and nice.. The staff is friendly..

Few Front desk personnel is awful.. They want to charge fee for ever little thing, the charge is the coffee pack we requested ( that house keeping should have supplied) ; little things like that.. it is not the money, but shows the are cheap mentally.

Kind of old, not clean and not comfortable. Service was poor, over crowded, breakfast was not good and food quality was poor.

Junior suite was small and full with furniture even kids beds. No double bed was available. Hotel was kind of old and needs renovation. Breakfast was poor.

The breakfast was awful, nothing tasted good or fresh.The staff didn’t speak English at all, which caused a lot of confusion whenever we called for service.This hotel is definitely not a five-star, and the location is in the middle of nowhere.

An overall satisfactory experience

There were lots of small ants in the bathroom Despite many complaints nothing was done to ratify the situation Staff hardly could communicate in English which is extremely difficult for international guests

Room. Too many issues. Safebox not working, air conditioning too noisy and old, door of the bathroom assembly problematic as you need force to close it, otherwise opens by itself

Very busy resort, but huge beautiful pool and easy beach access.

Room felt dated and needs an upgrade, especially for the price, but clean.

Extremely overrated, never going to visit again!

I had the chance to stay in a 5 star hotel in Venice 1 week before this stay. Although room rates are nearly the same Radisson Blu Cesme cannot provide you the same quality of service neither the convenience nor the luxury. Extremely overrated, never going to visit again!

Location, pool and beach were nice

Beach was rocky. Service on the beach was poor. The breakfast was okay but not great.

Facilities are a little bit old, great beach and staff.

Breakfast and dinner options was limited. We have been going to the same hotel for 15 years unfortunately it wasn't the same quality and options was limited. They have students who are doing their internship and they looked over tired. I believe they should hire staff to support interns.

Accommodation was OK, food was under the standard, coffee was disappointing

Beach was great, breakfast was elaborate but not so much for those practicing vegan diet, such as myself. Entry hall was remodeled and furnished nice. Hair salon did a great job, I visited Cesme for a wedding and they did a great job with our hair. Hotel staff was super helpful with restaurant recommendation and coordinating our (never ending) need for a taxi. Cleaning staff as well as the restaurant staff were also very kind and friendly.

Staff was really friendly; bed sheets were really good and so was the quality of bed. Towels are dated. Pillows were way to big to be used.Facility is super dated and the minimal improvements that Radisson did wasn't good enough to justify accommodation cost. Carpets are everything is super old and this hotel is really due for proper room remodeling.Partial sea view means that you have to exit room to the balcony, and only then you see a piece of the sea. Not really what I thought I would be getting when I booked the room with the partial sea view. Coffee machines were of poor standard hence coffee drinking experience wasn't pleasant.

Wifi was terrible, with long delays, and low speed. While WIFI signal was good, speeds were slow, so hotel was throttling Internet.

We had an upgraded room which was beautiful. The breakfast was good and generous.

The extra romantic option wasn't great, just a half bottle of wine and few fruits in an old basket.
