Kotraba Alacati Hotel

Nothing at all .

We realized right away that hotel was not ready for excepting guests in winter. Cold , no breakfast and no common area except garden where it was impossible to stay in rainy and cold days. We wanted to leave asked for refund but the owner not even picked up our calls . Very disappointed. This is not a place to stay in winter . Total scam

Kotraba Alacati was a pleasant surprise. The facilities were new, clean, and modern, giving the whole place a fresh and comfortable vibe. For the price, it’s genuinely great value for money — you get quality without the hefty cost.A solid choice in Alacati if you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-kept place to stay. Highly recommended!

There was a lot of parking on the street. The woman who checked us in was very kind. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name but she was very sweet. She only spoke Turkish which was a little frustrating but we did our best to communicate with a translation app.

The room was very small and it was very difficult to get around the room, especially from the far side of the bed. I expected to have a king bed because that is what I booked on the website. The bed was only a queen and was very low to the floor. If I had known I was getting a queen, I never would have booked this hotel. The pillows were not good. One was too thin, the other was too fat. I ended up sleeping without a pillow.

The hotel was right in the Center and also had a parking space that made my stay very comfortable ? The room was clean and the breakfast was amazing! Thank you Kotraba ?

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of options. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay — I would definitely book again.

The hotel staff were very polite and hospitable. The service was great. The breakfast was great at this place. The location was also great, close enough to Alacati Carsi while being located in a quite neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay a lot good location of hotel. The staff(Zerda ve Özge) was extremely helpful even though their was language barrier but they don’t let it go until they assist you completely.Suggestion: make a note in room what is chargeable in the room like water bottles.

This hotel was absolutely perfect! Beautifully designed, spotless rooms, and exceptional hospitality. Location was perfect, staff - very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy yet luxurious. A truly unforgettable experience—I can’t wait to return! I wish we will come back in spring-summer again?

we had a girls trip, the room had everything we needed, and despite the bad weather that day, it was very warm at night thanks to the air conditioner?? The staff helped with the transfer and answered all our questions thank you very much

clean, enjoyable and safe

Beautifully furnished room giving the look and feel of luxury. Fridge welcome plus electric kettle and other extras made for a lovely stay and at a nice price too.

No complaints at all

The hotel is new, clean and close to the center, shops, restaurants. Very nice and quiet place and surroundings. Nice decorated.

We booked 2 Triple Executive rooms, 25 square meters and we' ve got 2 rooms, Drama and Kivali, at 19 square meters, including bathroom, after a discution in contradiction with the owner. Our stay was ok but the rooms were very small, in winter you have more luggage and this was the reason why we have booked tripple rooms instead of double. Also, the shower drain was not ok and in the last 2 days (of 7) it was a bad smell too.

Rooms exactly as pictured. Excellent value for money. 10 min wall to centre of Alacati. Quiet neighbourhood.

It’s low season so no food on-site but that is understandable.
