Very good location and delicious breakfast. Good value for money.

Clean but fixtures a bit dated.

Aircon was not working.Bad was too hard.Pillows were too hard.

The location is good. It's right down the street from the beach and in the middle of a good neighborhood. the lobby was also well kept the entire stay. The staff were professional and polite, if a little terse, but in fairness that may be culture shock on my part, and they are fine for Rio hotels.

They had construction going on for most of the stay, with small chunks concrete falling into the bathroom on multiple occasions. If you want cutlery for your meal if you didn't order room service they charge $R10. The bathroom fixtures often did not run smoothly, spitting a small stream of water out somewhere. They also don't let you modify your stay much if at all, if you had an emergency and had to leave, I don't think they would refund you. They were just very blatant on getting as much money from guests as they thought they could.

i don't like the fixed shower, it is very uncomfortable, a flexible shower hose would be much better

Perfect location of the hotel! Everything is close by. To the beach 300 metres (the description says 20 metres, but in reality more, because you have to cross the road at the crossing, and it is 150 metres + to the water another 100 metres).Beautiful clean beach, after 13 hours blows the wind and is not hot. Near a lot of cafes and restaurants, 100 metres from the main street, not far from a small park. Supermarket is also nearby. The room is spacious, internet is good. Breakfast is excellent, everything you need is available.Many thanks to the hotel managers, everyone was friendly, always willing to helpBreakfast was great, but they never changed once in 15 days. Every day everything is the same.The only thing that changed was the juices.From the hotel it is easy to get to the city centre, bus 47, runs frequently, you can pay 4.45 reals to the driver.Thank you to the waiters in the restaurant, they were very attentive.

It was the air conditioning that spoilt the impression.It was running like a tank, but it didn't cool at all, it was just a fan. I switched it off and slept with the window open. But the noise from other working air conditioners and the smell of food from the restaurant interfered with it. Tip : ask for a room with a split system.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the breakfast was also really good. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel plays with simplicity and practicality which I would say are their strengths: simple, easy to navigate, friendly, good food, good location, clean. So the hotel ticks all those boxes.

There was just one day in which their internet was not so stable and it took a whole morning for them to fix it. Luckily they responded and did not give up on the issue. They took the issue seriously and managed to fix the internet issue. There was also one day that their cable TV was out, but again, they fixed the issue.

The breakfast was very good with a selection of hot and cold food. Not your standard fry up!The staff were very friendly and helpful.The location was amazing and listening to the music coming from the beach was a bonus!I loved sleeping to the sound of the waves coming from the sea.Plenty of great shops and facilities near the hotel. A very good vibe and safe.Most of the guests are natives but staff speak English.

I was asked to settle the tariff in full when I checked in so I was a little surprised. I expected to settle at the end of my stay. Some advance information on this would have been helpful. Also I was presented with a bill of 15.50BRL for hot water in a teapot by a kitchen staff member which I felt was cheeky.It would be good for a small kettle to be provided in each room. Also cold milk for cereal had to be requested each day. This was provided in a cup and saucer instead of a jug. I felt at ease because I know the culture but guests could feel a little neglected by kitchen staff who naturally show bias towards native guests. These are minor issues which did not detract from the overall expereince which was great.

The breakfast was very good, and the personal friendly. The hotel has a very nice location, and the value for money was above expectations!

Really like the breakfast options, delicious.Nice room, it was clean.Also has a study desk that can be used to word and have meals.

Shower space a little tight, the cold water hitting before it became hot hahahaha minor issues.

Very small bed, the AC was very outdated, bathroom looked old and in need of repairs, the toilet was suuuper low, shower was weird and old, some lf the food was obvious reheated from the previous day, elevator was miniscule, the room didn't have a smoke detector, for the price the room was very small, it didn't look like the pictures, the items in the fridge didn't have prices anywhere. Basically it felt like a cheap hotel, but for the price... I wasn't expecting that level.

I liked everything except their internet connection. I had to work during the week and was depending on a good WIFI, which they don't have.Other than that, everything was good. The breakfast is great and the location is awesome.Very clean and quick room service.

Their internet connection is very poor.If you need to work over WIFI, be prepared and take a good internet plan with you.

Excellent location and variety breakfast. Hotel offers Parking so very convenient for that part of town. Nice staff.
