Dom Hotel

+ Friendly and helpful staff+ Clear room with comfortable bed, which wasn't too soft+ Nice breakfast

- If your room faces the Obermarkt, be prepared for some noise - No tea or coffee making facilities in the room

Underground Parking was great and secure. Staff/Reception Desk was awesome. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of choices. Breakfast Staff were perfect and respectful. Facility was immaculate. Our room overlooked the Christmas Market.

I reserved a room with two twin beds. Unfortunately, they gave us a double bed. My wife kept stealing the cover all night long. It was only one night and I didn't want to complain.

It was a very nice hotel - great location, efficient and clean rooms, great breakfast for the price.

Very nice hotel in the center of Worms beside the Dom. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options. Room was spotless with ample room. Lift available and nearby underground parking garage was appreciated. Front desk staff nice and welcoming.

Refrigerator, glasses and bottle opener available in room but nothing to open or drink. A couple bottles of water minimum would have been nice. Bar was available downstairs, however I didn't realize until checkout.

Location is excellent and it is very clean

The room is very small. Almost didn’t fit in the shower. Nowhere to set out suitcases. Had to be really careful getting to the bathroom in the dark. “Soundproof” is listed in the hotel description. We could hear the plumbing from other rooms, doors closing, footsteps- it wasn’t any more soundproof than anywhere else. We got to breakfast late the first morning, still plenty of time before it ended, but many items were not being refilled.

Friendly staff overall in the hotel. The room was always clean. The location was perfect, right on the fussganger zone!

No air conditioning or coffee in the room and the blinds automatically open and close at set times versus when the guest would like to open or close them.

Friendly staff, always there at front desk. Convenient and inexpensive parking. Very clean, modern, high quality facilities: bathroom, shower, air conditioning -- everything is new and working well. Comfortable beds -- good mattress and blankets. Breakfast was excellent and the dining area was very pleasant.

Charming hotel, retaining the better refinements from a previous era of less generic travel. Clean, comfortable bed, AC, refrigerator. Electric kettle by request. Hosts were courteous & attentive.

Perhaps due to my room’s location, noise from the plaza was interruptive until quite late.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was ideal to visit the centre of Worms, and the cathedral.

Would have appreciated a coffee/tea station in the room.

There seemed to be a background or humming noise ?from the elevator? in our third floor room.

this ‘upgrade’ room was a little dark. There is no view to speak of, and when we were there we were unlucky that it was all scaffolded. Access by car is tricky enough, as is often the case in city centre hotels in Germany. It’s very easy to end up in a pedestrianised zone and incur a fine.

Nice place, nice location

Its very bad paying 160€ for one night and having to pay extra parking for 17€. There was not even a bottle of water in the room and the breakfast was poor.

Great breakfast and location. Has parking garage. Clean and friendly.

Hot in the room, cannot open windows amd AC was limited 22.

The location is fantastic, everything within reach, especially since we didn’t have our own transport. The breakfast spread was good - pretty much had everything one finds at hotel breakfasts. The staff are cheerful & welcoming , also very helpful.

I had requested for twin sharing but got a room with a double bed. After settling in to our room I found there were vacant rooms on our floor, which had twin sharing.Since we had already unpacked and settled in , I didn’t follow up on the request.

Construction noise on my floor. Quite loud without being advised.

I like that the hotel is directly across from the Christmas market. I used to live in Worms. This hotel is right in the center and within walking distance of most things.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Very helpful setting up a tour for us - we had not been back for almost 50 years & needed assistance.

Room was very large, with small table and chairs to sit at.

Bathroom smelled a bit of urine.
