Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was far beyond what we expected. A very nice experience.

Sauna and jet bath were very welcome and the breakfast was great.

A warmer duvet would have been nice because I had to keep the aircon on all night to keep warm enough. Eyes and throat too dry by morning.

The location of the hotel was an easy walk from the train station. There is a family mart just down the street so it made it was to pick up any snacks or water.

The bed was amazing. Breakfast was varied and tasty.

Wifi wasn’t the best.

Robes were too small for my husband and the women’s onsen didn’t have a cold plunge but the men’s did

My mom and I enjoyed this hotel very much! It was our first hotel in Japan and we really enjoyed the hot spring as well as the room! The happy hour was also a huge plus. My mom fell in love with the Sapporo cocktail drink and have been looking for it everywhere in Japan, but can’t seem to find it! We would definitely stay here again! It was a perfect place right outside the Hamamatsu Station, which is convenient for our trip to the Yamaha piano factory.

The pillow covers were smelly (smell like “natto “)Seemed that they didn’t clean the bed& changed the sheet bedding.We will not book here again.

Could not turn on air condition. Only heat. Room was too hot.

There’s hot spa inside of the hotel. Happy Hour also provided.

The facility was outdated and the desks and chairs were fed and messed with previous tourists

The hotel has a great location near the south exit of the station, downtown, with everything one can need nearby. The room was spacious and nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, mostly Japanese style was good, everything refilled before getting the chance for the plates to get empty. They also have a nice happy hour with one free drink and snacks on the house. A plus is that they have washing machine inside the hotel.

The room is not cleaned even during a long stay. They only pick up garbage and leave towels at the door. Under the beds was a very thick layer of dust like it hasn't been cleaned since the day the hotel opened. Otherwise it was fine.

100m from the station, well priced, clean rooms. Walking distance to many restaurants.

really recommend this hotel !! location is perfect . breakfast was delicious. rooms were clean ! lot of amenities! after breakfast I could take the drink back to room , as they provide some paper cups !!

Very conveniently located by JR station, shopping, and restaurants.

We only booked a 1 night stay. Was given a paper with directions to parking garage that said parking was ¥1100 for 24 hours. Upon leaving, had to pay ¥2200. That should be updated on the parking directions.

The breakfast there was the best we’ve had all trip!
