Lots of mold in bathroom, walls have lots of marks on it. Duner looks like it's been their for 30 years. Whole place stinks of smoke.

Luggage man is very rude . I wanted to tell him I need to take something from my luggage which is in the storeroom after my check out .. he bang the door with his full strength n chase me out. Bz of this I have bad impressed for Japan . Is not the counter staff. Is the man help in storeroom

Room and facilities were great. Nice simple hotel room. Location very close to station.

Location in Hamamatsu was very good. Walking distance from the lively areas.

The bed was quite hard so we didn’t sleep well. Also the smell of cigarettes from the smoking room in the hall creeps into the room. The WiFi connection was also bad.
