Pros +
- The hotel is right next to the station for easy access to Hamamatsu or Kakegawa. The best part is you don’t hear any trains passing by even with how close you are to the tracks. There are also local bus stops nearby. Breakfast is provided as well as a free daily alcoholic drink. There’s even a small onsen on the 4th floor. While the staff don’t speak English, they’re extremely kind.
- Although I only speak a little bit of Japanese the receptionist was very friendly and tried to use basic Japanese so I could understand
- The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good—there’s a selection of both Western and Japanese options to choose from, so there’s something for everyone. They don’t offer free parking, but they do have an affiliated parking lot available for 500 yen overnight, which was quite convenient. It’s surrounded by numerous izakayas (and bars, surprisingly) and a convenience store, making exploring the local area easy. They also have an onsen, which is available for both men and women. It was a great way to relax after a long day. They also have a laundry room, which came in handy during our stay.
Cons -
- The room is small, but it makes sense for a business hotel.
- Not spacious enough to open bigger luggage for a twin room but understandable that this is kind of business hotel so it’s acceptable.
- Right above the train track ( but not the Shinkansen line), but the windows seal very well. No bother.

Awesome stop over on the way from tokyo to osakaFree breakfast Discounted parkingFriendly staff
I like that its it nearby the station. Good breakfast options for a business hotel, they also have a public bath which is a plus for those who are travelling tired. All for a nice and economical price.
Free drinks (beer & sake) in the evening and hot bathe. There are a few great shopping malls around to stop by for groceries and essentials. Fukuroi train station is just steps away from hotels. Very friendly and helpful staffs.

The basic 'business' hotels in Japan are so similar from one chain to the next, differences can he hard to spot. The quality is consistent and amazing. This hotel had particularly good mattresses, superior buffet breakfast with proper coffee. It also offered a free evening drink (wine, beer, etc.) Post Office ATM (low fee) adjacent to the lobby.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great size room.
Bed and pillow are hard
Very good value, great choice of a free welcome drink and snack. Small but nice clean rooms.
Breakfast, not great choices
Good quality rooms for the price. Large enough and clean enough at all. Should be an option for accommodation.
Excellent position. Breakfast included.
Room was small but great for the price.
the breakfast was good room was very clean the staffs are very friendly and kind
near parking lot we need even a small table on our room no face lotion even sachet
The front was good and polite, the room was clean and restful,… but I heard a lot noice during the night and I can’t sleep and the breakfast was poor.
Good location.
Welcome drink before arriving 20:00, buffet style breakfast and public baths for men and women.Great deals.
The hotel staff members were just exceptional, extremely prepared and gentle. The hotel is very well organized, and they managed how to implement a buffet breakfast allowing people to keep physical distance and more or less enjoy at the fullest. The rooms are very nice and the beds extremely comfortable like a few I've ever experienced. The surroundings offer a good choice of restaurants, and they offer a discount for parking over night. It is a pity we could not stay longer and enjoy this relaxing stay, and also experience a few more of the many services offered. Hopefully we will visit again!
Overall very good in every aspect. Perfectly efficient for a solo traveler.
