It had air conditioning and good breakfast. The staff was great. For the cost, it is good. Parking is separate from the hotel but very convenient.

The property does not have coffee or a hot water kettle in the room or a refrigerator. Washing machine on site would be an added bonus.

The floors are a bit squeaky: this is probably a rather old building with a recent staircase/elevator addition. I am not interested in knowing where my neighbors are and what they are doing.

Nice accomodation with beautiful bathroom, lovely room, available to come with dog, tea and coffe available for free almost all day

Very good place to stay. Was at a concert in Aschaffenburg and need a place for the night. Ibis was clean, staff friendly and the breakfast next morning was great before hitting the road again.

Overall, it was a great stay in this hotel..The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was no water kettle in the room which makes it a little bit difficult for us to prepare milk for our baby ??

The staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out hassle-free. The breakfast was a great start to the day with a good variety of options. The location was also very convenient for exploring the area.

Really nice hotel, basic but has everything you need for a short stay of a few days.There’s a parking connected to the hotel (level 2&3) where you can park for 12€ a day. Very good price and very convenient.There’s a small shopping center and many restaurants in a short walking distance. Also the location is very close to the city center.Breakfast was good, basic but was enough.And the hotel staff were really nice as well.Good value for money in my opinion.

Perfect stopover on trip through Germany in a lovely town and the facilities, space and layout of the room for a family was ideal

The room was cosy, the bed was comfortable. We could park ín a city garage.

There is currently construction behind the hotel. I wonder about the construction noise; I was there on the weekend so can’t tell since no work going on during the weekend.Price of beverages.

Strange no light over/ near sofa to read.

The hotel is very close to the railway station and to parking garages. It is also only a very short walk from the centre of town. The room was fine for an overnight stay, and the bathroom was spacious, with a large and excellent shower cubicle with non-slip flooring and well-designed wooden finish to the floor and around the sink. It was very quiet. The breakfast was good. It is about five minutes walk or so to the old town, and Aschaffenburg is a very pleasant town to walk around.

This was our second stay at the hotel. The first time the staff were very friendly and helpful, whilst this time the arrival was at best neutral. They have started charging extra for early check-ins, so when we arrived an hour early we couldn't check in and the check-in when we finally could do it was OK, but felt entirely transactional - sometimes it might be good to make guests feel welcome. But I would still return, and some other staff were friendly enough.

Centrally located with friendly staff and free coffee all day long. Nice lounge to hang out in and unwind.

You have to pay for parking which is common in Europe.
