It is in a central location of Aschaffenburg near the parks, shopping district and restaurants. Rooms were clean and everything worked

There was no check in staff. I got a "funny" text from Trip Inn for a request for my credit card. I will not give them a credit card because for one there was no one to greet us. The second reason there were no amenities that could be added to the bill

Location was very central

Super small room and no direct contact person. So if there’s an issue, difficult to resolve

Location is great! We walked up to laundromat & the Park & the castle walk.

It’d be nice to have a book w things to see w driving instructions. We walked down to Information below the library.

Very clean, spacious, great location. Worth the money.

Only problem was check in. Arrived at 8:00pm and no one there to check me in. Other than this it was a great stay.

No need for putting a carpet on the floor beside the bed... No reception, contact only by phone when you arrive.

Was not bad but overall could find a different place for the same price or better.

Room is right next to a busy roundabout and bus stop. You will hear cars and people throughout the night. Also the shower drain has never been cleaned which resulted in the water to overflow onto the ground. Since it was the weekend I had to clean it out so it would not overflow again.

Modern furniture, clean, very comfy bed, warm, bathroom with all you need, very good wi-fi, central position (450m from Christmas market). Totally recommended !

The checkin procedure sould be explained in advance.

The unit was unstaffed. I had to go to the other Trip Inn location to get instructions. The access is by key safe code to get passes for the building. I made several attempts to make contact by phone, but no answer. Accessing the boxes in the dark would be problematic as there is very little lighting.

I booked room in this property to have a little break with my family on the long way to UK .I have a baby and i made requested for baby cot the host only message me the property is contacless and is open from 8am to 14 the requested for baby cot must be made to 13 pm... and then didn't mention anything about my staying. I tried to ask the host to make an exception for me to take a refund because I haven't stay there. I tried to write repeatedly with no result complete irresponsibility and dishonesty...

This is a convenience hotel, with a no-contact check-in. It is in a super location with a fantastic breakfast place down the street and a Mexican restaurant right across the street. Parking is difficult in the town, but we were on the train which is only a 15 minute awalk.

The beds were simple twins, with only the lightest of bed covers. For a student or a small adult it is a very good deal.

Terrible absolutely horrible none of the phone numbers worked was left in the cold while someone in the U.K. tried to contact them then they refused to give the code to booking so we were in the freezing cold outside stranded when i eventually got through using a number the customer service managed to get me the person was so rude that we decided not to stay i wouldn’t recommend this for anyone I’d give it a minus rating if i could

Groups of men hanging around outside smoking no front desk no staff at all . Wrong numbers on the sheets to contact spent a long time going round in circles really ruined our trip to this beautiful place we decided to leave rather than stay as it definitely didn’t feel safe

There was no service staff present at all, for checking we called a number written on a paper in the front door where an unfriendly woman answered our call and after many minutes of waiting in the cold gave us the code to a box with the keycards.We opened it, and as we went upstairs using the elevator i was very uncomfortable because of the flickering lights in the elevator. I suffer from epilepsia, I am photosensitive and a flickering light like this can cause me a seizure.There was no staff to talk to.Reaching the room we were quickly disappointed it's not nearly as shiny as promised,luckily only staid for a night.

It's convenient for a city trip - close to the centre, clean, comfortable.

The room is nice and fully equipped, there’s a coffee machine ready to be used. Bathroom is totally functional. The area is central and it’s possible to park the car in a city parking at about 100 metres from the hotel.The access to the hotel is granted by little boxes, into which there are the cards to enter the hotel and the room. One can have the code of these security boxes by dialing a phone number on the main door.

There was, at least in the hours we spent there, any person at the reception, anyone. But we managed however all what we needed.

Nice big room.

We wanted to cancel one of two booked rooms, but that was not possible. No parking next to the hotel and no special rates for the recommended parking facility. Traffic noise as very close to the street and roundabout.

Rather small, more like a room than an apparentment. Parking is difficult, but a payed car park is in walking distance.

It's all fine. No reception, card key in a key safe accessed by phone a phone call with the remote person.
