Mouldy bathroom, wifi not working , every time we wanted connection we had to leave the room for the public spaces

The technique and sanitaire is old, the room was very hot and no cooling.

Wallpaper was coming off of walls. Numerous burned out lighting. One chair was filthy and needs replaced.

Parking available at the inner courtyard at a very fair rate.Staff was welcoming and flexible.

It's clear the hotel has seen better days and is ripe for proper renovation. The worst is that it was clear from the smell that the last renovation of the room stems from the era where smoking was still acceptable.Good value for money as-is though.

It’s very dated… felt it was over priced. Really I need of a refurb. Some mould in the bathroom

This hotel is very special and historic. While the history is maintained, it has been modernized just for comfort. The location is ideal in the heart of AB. The breakfast was perfect.

Excellent location. 4-5 minute walk from train station and plenty of restaurants very close by

Wifi was inconsistent (we were on a higher floor so maybe the router was only on the main floor). Also need to clearly communicate that one needs to reserve a spot for breakfast otherwise the restaurant may not even open

The hotel is very nice for the price. The location is only 4 minutes from the Bahnhof- Train station. Close to the castle and beautiful views. The check in and check out was fast and easy. The room and facilities not so new, but very cozy and calm. Old but real wooden furniture, comfortable bed. Good cozy lighting.

The hotel seems like not so new, with old style elevator, but still fine.

Big bright bedroom with very comfortable bed . As expected . Good central position . Storage for bikes . Friendly staff. Good coffee/ tea corner for guests to use all day . As others said needs renovation but comfortable and very good value .

All good - met our expectations

The hotel is located in the town centre, so easy access to shops and restaurants. Parking is available right by the hotel at a very reasonable 6 euros a night.Our room was big and comfortable and the bathroom and shower were fine.

The bed and bed linens were very comfortable. The location was good for our emergency stay due to DB strike, as it was close to the train station and places were we could have dinner and breakfast nearby.

We were placed in a room near the elevator, which was a bit old and noisy. My parents were not close to the elevator and had no complains.

the hotel i stayed wasn't that pleasant. It is important that hotels undergo regular renovations to ensure guest comfort. It appears that the property i stayed in needs improvement all the area. However, the hotel experience was not as enjoyable as i had hoped. It can be disappointing when the bed and other amenities are outdated and in need of renewal, especially when it comes to the bathroom and sink. It's important for hotels to keep their facilities up to date to ensure the comfort of their guests. However, it's great the location of the hotel was a positive aspect

I Like the Location. It Was Only a 5 Minute Walk to and from the Train Station.

I Skipped the $14 Breakfast. There Were So Many Cheaper Eateries in Walking Distance.

It is in a Great Location, Directly in the City and Only a 5 Minute Walk from the Train Station.

The Single Beds are Very Small.

Friendly and flexible receptionist. The parking is free for guests, and you can also get water/hot chocolate/tea for free in the entrance.
