Hotel Olive Inn

It was located very conveniently to an area of personal significance to my mother. Also, the beds were like sleeping on a marshmallow.

There was no one in reception when we arrived, the key was under the mat, the shower was tiny, only one nightstand for two beds and it was falling apart. A light actually fell off the wall and the staff didn't seem to care about why we left early.

Good location and free parking

The personnel was very friendly.

The breakfast was not the best, there was no fruit nor yogurt. Also there were no glasses or cups, they only provided single-use non-recyclable cups, which is very ignorant from an environmental perspective.

The Staff is kind and professionnal.

Some guys outside smokes cigarettes and speak loud.but fortunately it was just 10 mn

I did not like the set of the room, idk who runs a hotel on a sense of placing a modem of a TV with a light that directly hits your eyes when you are sleeping...On the other hand, the bed it self was so low quality that it was moving everywhere...

Bad is not comfortable and rooms dont have air condition , what is strange because everything else in room is new.

The lack of air conditioning in the summer was an issue, especially when the windows open onto an inner courtyard with a glass roof that acts like a greenhouse.

The Hotel is in a good spot, close to, Kaufland, 2 min. on foot and Mc Donalds is also close, ca. 10 min. on foot. The room was big enogh, beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

No mini fridge in the room.

we like breakfast,was quite, and nice and warm in the room also shower was ok.plenty parking spaces as well. staff try to help us.

when we come we get room with one double bed, even we stated we will come 3 people-2 adult and 6 years old daughter. we require extra bed one day before and also get answer from hotel that it will be added free of charge. staff didnt speak eglish at all. only german. when we ask for room with 3 beds he say he will bring another bed and he bring cot for our 6 years old daughter she is too big for it. Room looks quite clean, but when we open wardrobe inside was empty bottle of beer and also dirty pillows just throwed in the corner inside. after we get another room with 4 beds, but two beds the mattresses was old very unconfortbale to sleep on it. another two was good.

Not recommended at all

Problem with,heating on arrival,hairdryer didn’t work reported to reception twice not fixed.The Check out clearly states 11am from 9:30 am we have 3 phone call from reception asking what time I will leave the room!The cleaners were waiting outside the door and knocking!!Hot food at breakfast completely cold!!

strange architectural design solution - the one area of the hotel is a one-storey motel like positioned window against window rooms, and with the blinds up, you feel like every one from the other rooms is in your room too, but for one night is fine

My room very cozy, for one person, maybe two. Breakfast and bed excellent, nice complete shower. I did not rent a car, I regret it because the parking lot was right beside my room and no need for reservations.

I didn't like the smoking around outside the hotel. Also, my room had a telephone but I could not made a single call to the airline to check my flight. Hotel management prohibits using the telephone, so, what's the idea to have a telephone in the room if the guest cannot use it. Crazy...isn't it? But, people, I do not blame the staff, they are following orders from management. I needed to make that call because I did not have a phone with me nor a computer.

Huge room,parking ,WiFi, breakfast,close to autobahn, petrol station near,with cheaper petrol then autobahn.

Big room, very quite indeed, generally clean but with used handkerchief under the bed. Television would work after some learning, but one would need to get out of bed just to switch the channel. Very good breakfast. Personnel very friendly and polite (even when one arrives after midnight)

Breakfast was good. The cleaning staff always checked with us and gave us clean towels, toilet paper and tissues when we asked for them. We did use a free parking space for 2 days. Anytime we needed a taxi, the front desk would call for us.

We had a room 2 weeks before this at the Hotel Olive Inn. In that room the WiFi worked and I was able to get the BBC TV channel.The following is a list of things I reported to the front desk that wasn't fixed while we were out of town for 2 days:Glass door on shower will not slide correctly, it comes off the track.Toilet flushes warm/hot water, not on cold water supply.Also, the shower faucet & the sink faucet has the hot water on the wrong side. Cold should be on the right & Hot on the left.Bathroom lights are not bright enough. BBC TV channel not working. Getting prompt: Schwaches Signal.Cannot connect to the original Olive Inn WiFi in our room that really works, It might show we have the WiFi, but it is too slow to do anything, very weak signal. The other 2 WiFi GUEST & GUEST II says I entered the wrong password. It probably has a different password and no one knows what that password might be.

Very clean,tidy and had private free parking. Easy access to some nearby shops and even gas station. City looks nice but can't say there's too much to visit. Really enjoyed our stay. Would return and book again this place.
