Hotel was really clean and looked exceptionally nice, especially given the price.Staff was very kind and helpful.The parking was very good as well.

Super convenient location for food, shopping, and other city life. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Parking wasn’t available so I had to walk and carry bags from a further parking lot. There wasn’t a phone in the rooms for emergency’s or questions.

hotel needs complete change everything needs to be changed. The window shutters are broken ,the carpets are old and same is the condition of toilet and room. It is outdated hotel now.

The blanket was too small my feet were out of it. Besides that the temperature in room cold no proper warm heating.

Worst experience with the heater system. Room was so cold and even on calling the staffs they just ignored it.Was so dissappointed with the management and was not worth for money!

The hotel was double booked and therefore there was no room , to boot I got a cancellation fee for no room!

The Air conditioning was not working

The coffee machine was broken. My wife wanted to start the day with a latte so the waiter went next door and got her one. This guy could teach the ladies at reception what service is.

The key card had 6:00 for breakfast. We arrived at 6:15. No the reception replied it’s 6:30. I thought I must have read the card incorrectly. I then showed the card to reception who said it’s wrong, I am sorry in a very stern manner. My goodness, how hard is it to write 6:30 on the card or tell the customer at checkin?

A regular 3-star hotel with interesting/charming and clean rooms

I booked this room in rush due to DB train cancelling and unfortunately reception did not inform me that breakfast included. However, I refer it as lack English knowledge.

Location and hotel staff. They did there best. Front desk people were really helpful.

No fridge. old towels. Very old ugly rooms. Tiny bed one pillow. Restaurant attached very rude and unhelpful.

- A lot of street noise, needed to have windows closed at night

- about 1 hour for check-in-no hot water in the bathroom- 1 working lamp in the bathroom, another one don't work- problems with the roof, in the morning after the rain where was a water on floor in the reception hall

Clean room, good value for money.

Breakfast was ok, but I've had better - also in cheaper hotels.
