Friendly staff

No telephones in room. No safe in room. No wardrobe for hanging clothes. No desk. Sub standard for using Mariott brand.

It's new, modern, nice views, next to the river and to a mall. Overall, nice staff.

A bit long to get there by foot from Mannheim. A bit loud in the lounge area.

Room was very small and didn't have a refrigerator. Breakfast was an additional charge of 10 EU per person.

Bed a bit too small

Moxy never disappoints. Love the vibrant lobby and the 24/7 possibility to use it, get a drink or a coffee at any time. Staff always helpful.

As always - pillows are like bricks :-) Bring your own and you will miss nothing.

It was better than expected. I expected some standard service but the hotel is way over his rating. Good position, great service , great bar ! And a cosy feeling.

I had issue with the payment, the staff at the reception didnt know what they are doing and when they panicked they wanted to double charge me just to make sure they have the payment. Very poor experience. Also the TVs were not working, when I have asked the staff about it the short answer was "it is what it is, just accept that there is no TV at the moment".

Good location - easy to reach by railway. Opposite to shopping mall. Comfort - quiet rooms, easy temperature adjustment, comfortable sleeping. Good selection for breakfast. Very kind staff.

Electric kettle could be preferable
