B&B Hotel Ludwigshafen

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable—perfect for a short stay. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and efficient air conditioning, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is excellent, right next to the train station and across from a shopping mall, making it super convenient for both travel and quick errands. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.It was quiet at night, the internet was fast and reliable.I didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

the location is nice, the room is clean and the beds are comfortable. it's good in general for short visits.

there was a bad smell in the room coming from the bathroom. fortunately, it was gone after we opened the windows and closed the bathroom door. otherwise, it would be too difficult to stay in the room in that condition.

Comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom, hot showers. Easy to check-in after normal hours with electronic system. Parking was across the street.

It was close to a shopping center and well connected by the Straßenbahn. I also liked the easy check in and check outs

Comfortable hotel near Gallerie Shopping Centre. Staff very prompt to assist with room issue on check in. Good continental breakfast with some vegan options.

Unfortunately found mould in bathroom of initial room.

Very clean, just as described. I would prefer to have electronic room cards instead of codes but it is a personal preference. The hotel was very comfortable and self check-out helped us a lot since our train was at 7 am. The hotel is right next to the river and it was beautiful to sit there and relax. The only thing is that the sound from the upper floors are heard very clearly and had a hard time sleeping the first night due to furniture movement sounds or something. But to be fair it is not the hotel’s fault since it was probably another guest. Thank you for the good experience!

It was very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was good.The location was great!

As we were coming late, the staff was kind enough to call us and checks us in remotely so we do not have any issues when arriving at the hotel.

The beds were comfy but a bit too narrow.

We were able to check in earlier as the room was ready. Everything was clean, the staff was helpful and the beds comfortable. The hotel is located right next to a mall and the river, there is a 3min walk to the nearest tramway station and about 10-15min to the subway which amazingly have its own tourist information point.

Equipments in the room were very limited, no trash can in the room, no water boiler. The wall are pretty thin, we could hear the guy next door kind of rapping

Airconditioning not working while opening the window was too loud from the street, B&B without breakfast included is frustrating and i didnt see a value for money here..atleast a kettle with tea bags / coffee in the room would have been better.

Spacious room, modern and clean. Staff were attentive to the issues present and kindly took care of it.

The automatic check-in via touch screen wasn’t the easiest to figure out, but it worked. After a long day, walking into the room to find the lights on and the window wide open (with mosquitoes already inside) felt strange, though not the biggest issue. The real problem was the awful smell, like bad drainage, coming from the bathroom. With no staff around after 10 PM, the first night wasn’t great. The next morning, I reported it, and while the staff was quick to fix it, they admitted it’s a known issue. Why not just resolve it for good? On top of that, random noises from the ceiling interrupted what was otherwise a quiet room. All in all, it was a decent stay, but these little things really put a damper on the mood when all you want is a good night's sleep.

Across the hotel is a huge mall. Also, I like the room even if it is small. I would definitely book again.

I wish they have more pillows to offer

I enjoyed my short walk from the train station to the hotel which was across the street from the Rhine river. A shopping mall was next door and a great sushi restaurant on the river. Front desk sold champagne wine and beer to take to your room

Breakfast was bio but average without a lot of choices.

Price, Cleanliness

B&B hotel policy forces you to buy additional bed for 10 months old baby which can not sleep in seperated bed, so the rule is useless

No issues with the hotel or breakfast,it was very nice,clean and comfortable.

First impression from booking in was not favourable,a later issue was not dealt with well at all by her,she needs to go on a Customer Service course !! I would not stay again for this reason.

Small rooms, poor breakfasts

Clean, modern, close to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. We would stay again if we were nearby a next time.

It doesn't have a parking lot so we had to park a few minutes walk from there. We knew this though because is it written in the advertising. We paid 12 euros for the parking for the whole night not expensive.
