Tulip Inn Itaguai

Location is good, but the stay doesn’t justify anymore based only on it. Everything else is terrible.

I should not insist in staying at this hotel due to its location, but I gave it another chance and this was the last one. First, after a long day I couldn’t get in my room… it happened 5 more times as the cards don’t work. The room has a nice size, but not clean enough. Breakfast was a disaster. Quality of the products is terrible and a poor selection with many missing items. I probably stayed at this hotel over 20 times over the last 10 years. The degradation is clear and it will only get worse.

The location is good. Despite of being in a remote area, the hotel is located by the road with convenient access, and it has a decent shopping mall nearby, with several options of restaurant and stores.

The restaurant room is small and a bit too crowded making the guests to share tables during breakfast

Poor Facilities! 3 room changes in 1 night!

POOR facilities! I had to change rooms 3 times due to sink leakage and non functional air conditioner. That was in a period of time of 3 hours, from 8.00 PM - 11.00 PM. Definitely below expectations. Would NOT recommend!

The room was spacious, and was located near the place a was visiting. The shower is very good and the bed was comfortable.

The room, especially the bathroom, needed several repairs. The towels were clean but very worn.The smoke detector has a strong red light that disturbs your sleep.

The breakfast wasexcellent, with fresh fruit and a good sort of bread and cheese. Options in hot drins could improve with the inclusion of tea or hor chocolate

The location of the hotel is in a highwat, but it is close to a junction and the access require to make a round

Breakfast was good, reasonable selection. Location was good for me due to the event I was at, may not work for others as on the highway in, what feels like the middle of nowhere. Reception staff spoke English, which was an unexpected bonus.

Was only in overnight, so did nothing more than go to my room, sleep, grab breakfast and leave, and everything I needed was there.

Bed

Bathroom wasn't very clean, towels, sheets were pretty old. Real state maintenance was poor.

Modern and clean,

the paint and the bathrooms could be maintained better, because humidity ( black spots ) are appearing on the walls and seems never cleaned out the bathrooms as it should to avoid this, paint of the doorpost bathroom also getting dirty. Management should be checking on this. Because for a hotel of this brand and price this should not happen

Really clean, modern hotel. Lucas on reception was super nice and attended to us in a really helpful, professional manner. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfy bed, functioning air con, large bathroom and decent shower. The breakfast was simple but decent. They have a great luggage cart which I had to use on 2 occasions because of all my equipment. They also received a late night delivery for me at the front desk and kept it for me until the morning, which was really helpful.

There's nothing I didn't like really... the view from my room wasn't great, but that's perhaps because the weather was terrible! The lifts were perhaps a bit slow, but not really a problem.

The service is wonderful and super fast check-in.

The WiFi makes me crazy!

Just arriving at The bedroom, I identified that The card Was not Well.After, we identified that there was not liquid soap available.
