Check out payment for international guests without one’s own network connection was very troublesome, but the hotel is fixing this, and covered a taxi to an ATM for payment by cash

Intermittent WiFi. Construction sounds.While you don not have to clean or change sheets everyday, you can do a basic clean like empty trash, replace water bottles and tea/coffee packets etc every 2 days especially for those staying for long periods.

Conveniently located at walking distance to Leh Market. Comfortable room (except being hot). Good breakfast. Professional staff.

The reason why I booked this hotel was to have a room with a terrace. I booked a room with a terrace, but I received a room without terrace.It was a hot day, and the room was unpleasantly hot.The wifi in the room was very unreliable.

They take excellent care of their guests. The staff are incredibly friendly and respectful. The rooms are clean and the view is very nice. Overall it’s an excellent place.

There is nothing I did not like that is within their control.

Location was great, it was priced very well and was well equipped. The heating in the room was really good. Included breakfast was a plus. Mrs. Rai was always helpful throughout!

Very warm welcome with a cup of Kawa and Arnab warning us on the physical effects of altitude, suggesting us many different ways to get used it! Beautiful Rai at the reception, very professional in accounting with always a nice smile. From the kitchen in the morning, eggs in different style, porridge, Indian breakfast, and other delicacies. A nice boy, always smiling, brings you the menu for the dinner and waits your decision trying to guide you through “no chilly and no spicy foods “ . Very nice team! Good balance of price and service

need to be little clean as there was too much dust below bed , Basic tea and coffee not provided in room . Only kettle .

There is nothing I liked in it.

1. The cab service charges were too high.2. They were not aware of the closing time of check posts for the booked cab services. 3. Rooms were not clean.4. Toiletries provided were out of expired date.5. Milk and coffee powder sachets in the room were expired. 6. Complimentary water bottles quantity was less.7. Breakfast items were too less.

Hotel was clean and staff helpful.

View was absolutely beautiful and peaceful! It was very pleasant seeing the beautiful Himalayan’s mountains from balcony.
