- Near to the Tso Moriri Lake. Very helpful staff
- Tsomoriri being at high altitude and remote location is not a very comfortable location to travel to. And since the facilities are limited here like electricity for few hours and hot water for a few hours, it becomes even more difficult to adjust to. Thankfully, the staff here did everything that they could to make us comfortable and appraised of the situation. We were provided with heat pads to stay warm at night and the food thankfully was really delicious and warm. All in all we had a very warm stay at this cold place, thanks to all the hard working and dedicated staff. Thank you so much for making our stay cozy.
- We liked the location of the hotel and overall facility. There was 24 hrs hot running water at the toilet. They kept hot water/ milk/ tea at the dining hall all the time during our stay, so that guest can avail based on their convenience. This is definitely a bonus in a cold weather like Tso Moriri. Breakfast and Dinner buffet option are limited, but quality is good

Thankfully, the staff here did everything that they could to make us comfortable and appraised of the situation. Everything was shabby and cleanliness was absent altogether. The property has been rated 3 Star, poor show by Booking.com for having such shabby property on its portal. Misleading and cheating the customers.
This is a hotel which has no electricity and no running hot water. The generator is run only in the evening and not in the morning so even if you want you can not charge your phone or use the electric kettle kept in the room. It appears no body knows what is happening there. I had booked for two nights but ran away after first night.
The staff was very courteous, forthcoming and helpful. The property was neat and clean, and the food was good and wholesome. The room (deluxe) had a wonderful view of the lake. Nothing extravagant, but then you don't even expect it in a place like this.
Location was acceptable however the breakfast was hardly anything offered compared to the rate charged.
Hands on trained supervision on entire facility could have been appreciated, however 2/3 local staff member provide all round service if requested only, horrifying experience. Rooms maintenance was pathetic with every amenities in non working condition, no hot water in chilling weather, water leaking, unpolished furniture, building under construction stage, no lights backup for emergency and totally unhygienic

The location was perfect. The staff did all they can in the available situation and circumstances to make our stay as good as possible.
The property does have power from 7 -11pm daily. This information should have been mentioned while we were booking our stay.
