Cozy place with clean rooms and nice staff.

When you're cycling you should be ready to climb a bit to get to the hotel, but as a prize you have a panoramic view of the mountains.

the hotel is really nice and modern. All is the same as on the photos. Hot water is the best I ever experienced in Ladakh. 24 hours a day, always hot, and it's continuously there with no limitations. I really really enjoyed the hot shower. The room is spacious and well decorated, the walls are clean, the bed is comfy, and all the furniture is in a perfect condition. It's a cosy place. Beautiful garden. Nice stuff and intelligent kind manager. The buffet breakfast is also very good: simple, but variety of food and drinks is there. And compared to other places where I stayed in Ladakh, you know, it's a good breakfast, not worse than in hotels of triple price. the price/value level is excellent, you can't find a better room with breakfast of this quality in this area. I am a solo traveler, I've been to different places, may be 10th time traveling to Ladakh. But this hotel would be good even for my mom who needs a level better than average indian level.

not an issue, everything is good, but it takes 15 minutes walking from the market to get there. I still think it's worthy to stay there and to go every day this distance.

V nice staff.. loved the room.. v clean. Hotel manager was v cooperative. I asked for some fruits in morning 6:30 as my kid was hungry and he served us with smiling face. Evn gave us dimox whn one of us were having breathing issue

This property is excellent to stay because it has beautiful view, clean premises and a little open land which allows this property to have relax stay. The room size was large. We stayed for mountaineering purpose and was required to have large space inside the room to work on our equipments. Ventilation and light in the room was good. The room came with a reasonable price. We were upset only for one reason - no heater inside the room and night was really cold.

Location of the property is very nice..away from the crowded area..all the facilities available...rooms very very spacious and clean .. buffet was nice .... garden was also very beautiful..view from the balcony was awesome.. overall it was a Superb stay and value for money.... definitely recommended

Nice garden, room and bathroom was really big and spacious. Bed was comfy. Small coffee table and chairs and also a side table in the room. The bunch of boys from rural India running the place work hard to make a living - my best wishes to them. They will wash your car for a small fee on request.

Table cloths in dining hall are not cleaned and replaced daily - dal and drip stains are left as is on the serving table. They can try using rexine table covers that can be wiped down with a wet mop cloth easily. Parking is possible only for two cars or max three if the bikes are moved.

We were given a room on the second floor, but we requested a different room because my friend was sick and could not take stares; they provided us with the one on the ground floor, which was of decent size for the three of us. You could request for a customized breakfast like boiled eggs, omelets, etc., which are not generally on the breakfast menu but at a basic price. The vegetables were grown in the garden, and they'd use them for cooking. Whenever asked, the staff served us coffee, tea, etc. Regarding location, we could walk to the main market easily because it was downhill, but returning to stay was a bit challenging if we preferred to walk (at least for us girls). The stay was great overall. I would visit again for a more extended period.

Sometimes we had to remind the staff of what we asked for although they were very helpful most of the time. There is no midnight service in case you run out of drinking water. But we called the host, who then arranged it for us.

Don't go there if you really want to stay in a decent property with appropriate amenities, cleaning.

Everything from breakfast to cleaning was in worst shape. Staff is inefficient with zero ownership of their work. Food was worst. Street food is far better than their breakfast and dinner.

ROOMS WERE CLEAN(THEY CLEANED IT AFTER WE REACHED THE HOTEL, BUT WE CAN IGNORE THIS)BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE

AVERAGE. VERY LESS OPTIONSMOSTLY POHA AND UPMANO PARANTHAS, NO OMLETTESTAFF WAS VERY IGNORANTMANAGER IS A GOOD GUY BUT THE HELPING STAFF HAD TO BE TOLD TWICE/THRICE TO GET THE WORK DONE.

Location was really great. Greatly view from the hotel. Nice room, spacious. Owner is very nice person, happy to help but staff are not cooperative.

Very limited food. For breakfast we got only bread, butter and omelet, and in lunch and dinner, only rice, daal and omelet. They don't even have pototo to cook anything. Actually there is no cook in the hotel.

The staff were polite and the property is good in size.

The staff were good but the only problem was they have mentioned about tv set,but in our room the tv was not recharged. After continuous reminder they had recharged it by late night. Rest all was good and met our expectations.

Property has very beautiful view of mountains. And it also have an apple tree. The owner is an old lady and lives in same property .she was gracious to allow us picked up apples from tree for ourselves.

Food which was not good at all and very limited option and location was away from market center. Bed was also not in good shape, mattress in my room was having some issue with spring because of one could not get good sleep.

No one is available for your service once you see them while you check in then you should go all the way down and give a shout to them for any work..Location nis good only bec of the view which we get from. no heater no professional cook and more above all it's just getting run from 4 kids and owner never gets Involved and keep a distance and these four kids will make you cry ..
