Best Western Coeur de Maurienne Hotel Restaurant & Spa

Very nice breakfast, with some special things like fresh squeezed orange juice and pancakes. There is a restaurant associated with the hotel, which has excellent food. The hotel is clean and very well managed, with free parking. The staff is very helpful in all ways. There is a nice exercise room for those who would like to take advantage of it, and a rooftop bar when weather permits.

The location is in an industrial park outside of the town - although the view of the mountains was still very good.

They are all set up for cyclists with special bike storage. Very near epic riding. The breakfast buffet was good.

Easy to find, clean and modern with basic but comfortable.

Could have a been a little more generous with the supply of tea and coffee in the room.

Towels were quite small

We did not stay as the hotel is located near an energy station. Signs warning you of approaching high electromagnetic environment ! I am a cancer survivor and would never stay in such a dangerous environment. Also the highly industrial grey physical surroundings are lifeless and energetically depressing . Cannot comprehend reason a franchise would choose such a deplorable environment .I hope I will be reimbursed as I am a very frequent traveler and 99.9 % leave very high marks. This was a total disaster as we had to rebook at last minute.

1. Standard breakfast – nothing special, but acceptable.2. Convenient parking, no issues – an important factor for those traveling by car.3. Spacious room – comfortable and not cramped.4. Modern and well-maintained bathroom – clean, well-kept, and convenient.

1. No balcony – but this seems to be the hotel's standard design.2. No vegetables at breakfast – the selection could be more balanced. Minus 1 star.3. Liquid soap in the bathroom ran out quickly – had to use the shower soap, which was inconvenient. Minus 1 star.

Clean hotel, excellent breakfast.

The Spa is not part of the hotel, it’s a separate company within the building. Nice sauna though. Price is €20 for 1 hour or €30 for 2 hours

The bed was very comfortable , the staff were friendly and it was a convenient location.

Brand new hotel , so everything was designed for the needs of a current traveller. Plenty of parking , and great bike storage facility. We were able to use the restaurant area to bring in our own food to dine in. FYI , ALL RESTAURANTS , YES ALL RESTAURANTS are CLOSED on SUNDAYS & MONDAYS. So dinner is not easy. We ended up buying cheese , coldcuts & baguette for dinners.

We had all purchased the breakfast plan for 14euro. It was lame. Not many options , so you end up eating there, its just a glorified continental breafast that is free in most places.

Modern hotel with very new feel in a business park location off the main road on the edge of town. Easy parking, staff very welcoming and friendly, excellent hospitality.Great shower. Huge TV, comfy beds. Good wifi.Didn't get to try the Spa.

Slightly industrial location.

New hotel, very clean and modern. Easy access from the road and my motivation was to ski at the 3 Vallees. I drove every morning to the Orelle ski lift (17min away and parking next to the lift - but you have to be early to park next to lift). In the evening I had dinner at the town, which is actually a nice small town with very small pedestrian area as well.I loved the breakfast - special bonus to have a fresh juice making capability from the oranges.I am also tracking capability to charge EVs. This was super well arranged here. There was a normal charging station and Tesla charging. I saw them mostly as available. Only one car occasionally charging.

Not much ... I just wanted to a place to stay and easy car access to Orelle ski lift.

Booking.com let me boon a room eventhough they were fully booked. The amazing thing is that they were very friendly and called a befriended hotel in the neighbourhood and arranged a room for me in no time ?

The hotel is brand new, very modern, nicely decorated and clean. The reception staff is extremely helpful and warm. The breakfast is good.

There is no ski room, although the staff was kind to offer us the baggage room instead.The hotel is 30 min drive from the slopes and the road is extremely winding and difficult when covered with snow.

Good size room. Quiet, clean with good bed, shower and wifi. Comfortable climate. Plenty of parking. Supermarket and Opinel museum closeby. Friendly staff. Good breakfast where you can make fresh orange juice.

The hotel itself was clean and tidy. The room was good as was the bed. Staff were helpful and polite. Parking was plentiful. Enjoyed the breakfast.

Whilst the hotel itself was ok we were disappointed in its location and lack of restaurant facilities. After a long days drive from north eastern Italy it would have been nice to be able to eat there and not have to go into town some 2.5km distant. Will not be staying there again.

The hotel is beautifully positioned for the ferry. Breakfast is served early so there is no problem making the early sailing. The rooms are comfortable (although I wish they wouldn't call them cabins!) albeit very small. The facilities are well thought out and the breakfast was excellent.
