Nacional Inn Cambuí Campinas Residence

Comfortable bed

The hallway carpets were dirty, and the apartment had an old appearance.

Great location.Great staff and service.Quick check-in and check-out.Has a simple gym with the basics.Price is affordable.Breakfast is not amazing, but it is honest and good.

The room is old and dark.Furniture and equipment (air conditioning, lamps, shower) are old, half broken, which is unpleasant. The gym is not open 24h, IDK why?Towels are small, thin, and old.

Nice and tasty breakfast

Location : no restaurants nearby at night; bus terminal at nearly 20 ‘

Spacious and clean room. Staff very helpful and good breakfast.

Second time I stay here. First time Wifi was good but second time not so much.

Room big and confy beds.

Bathroom needs to be upgrated a little bit.

Spacious room--too bad I wasn't able to share it!Comfortable bed.The staff was friendly and helpful.Breakfast was great! The location was central to the things that I needed to take care of.

It was a little tricky getting in and out of the bathtub. I kept thinking I might fall. The fitness center could have been better equipped.

Location is good: near to City center and Cambui

Everything seemed really run down (broken elevator doors, suite with old couch having stains, room in general looked not at all as good as on the photos).Super small reception also seemed a bit overwhelmed.

The bed and the AC were fine.

The bathroom sink and tub were plugged, the flush was broken (we had to do it manually by opening the box). The couch was completely dirty.

Location

Noise, specially during the night, it is possible to hear the air conditioners running in the other rooms.Old facilities.

Breakfast was amazing! A lot of variety of fruits, sweets, pastries and hot buffet breakfast food.

I wish the pool was heated and clean. They will not let the guest know ahead of time if someone will enter their room. For instance, we came back from errands and two maintenance guys were in our room fixing the AC. It would be nice if the reception warned us prior to entering our room.

Very good breakfast, spacious room and staff

Well located

Very old room , need urgent repairs , bathroom was a nightmare, old and very uncomfortable bed .

Great location, room was comfortable and good size. Breakfast was great, wide variety. Rooftop pool area was nice

No kitchenware (plates, cutlery etc) in room, no laundry available, wifi patchy at times

Good

Floor, sofa, little kitchen didn’t have a microwave nor a coffee maker

Location and staff are great

The apartments are a bit old, need some renovation. Both ACs were super noisy, very hard to sleep with them on because of it.

I expected a little more, including the bathroom with a horrible bathtub, you have to climb a ladder to get into the bathtub, the bed was not of good quality and the service with a guy called Geraldo, very, very bad, treated me badly and wasn't attentive and didn't even ask sorry for the mistakes you made when asking to stay a few hours longer in the room

Great location and excellent stuff.

A bit old style room and bathroom that need renovation.

Big rooms (living room, bedroom and bathroom)2 TV’s (one in living room, one in bedroom)Big bed (guess almost 1,80 m wide)

Old building and furnishing The cleanliness of the room was abismal, hair all over, spots on the wall and the ACValet parking scratch out car, we complained and the reply was it was already there (but it wasn’t, escalated to management) additionally it seems someone stayed/slept in the car, as the radio was off and the seats readjusted, and the gas was significantly lower (we think due to running AC)

The bed is comfy, but not the best

Bad shower, towels seems to be very old and too thin…

Very good breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel is close to great restaurants, coffee shops, parks, drugstore and supermarkets.
