Comfortable hotel. Friendly staff and good location.

The room in the hotel was spacious and clean. The reception staff was very helpful. The sauna, gym and swimming pool were good. They gym had no vertical bike which was a pity.

During breakfast, the kitchen staff spoke too loudly in the kitchen. I could hear them from the restaurant, which was unpleasant.

you have to pay for parking lot. it didn’t have towels for shower in my room. I asked for it the night I got there bc we wanted to take shower early morning. the receptionist asked me to go to the entrance to get it bc he was there by himself. after few seconds he said he would figure out a way to take it to us. in the morning I had to call the receptionist again bc it wasn’t delivered to us. after 30 minutes I had to call the third time to ask for it bc my husband was taking shower but didn’t have the towel.

Nice hotel for business people. Internet is fast, room is spacious with a desk and good views of the park. Shower is strong and the bathroom very clean. Breakfast choices are great. Vallet parking is great although it took some time to get my car during busy hours in the morning.

The bath towels are really old. Some had holes in it. A real shame. There were no tioletries apart from a soap bar and cheap shampoo/conditioner. No coffee or tea facilities in the room.There is no restaurant serving lunch or dinner and no room service. Restaurant only offers breakfast. There are a few items to be purchased at reception but they are very expensive.

Great price/performance ratio. Comfortable and big bed. Nice staff. Good breakfast. They were happy to help us to find gluten and lactose free food

We were hearing people in the corridor, so we are not sure if the room was really acoustically isolated as promised. However, we were not hearing any people in other rooms, so we guess it was okay

Pillows were flat and not comfortable, asked to give an alternative and came a bigger one , but not comfortable at all too fluffy and ended up flat. Air conditioning was not well controlled and couldn't get a nice comfortable temperature and ended up blowing air on top of me

The hotel offers parking with valet.The staff is very friendly and polite. The location of the hotel is great because you have great restaurants, bakeries, and attractions at a walking distance. The room is large and spacious. Also, the view to the Square is beautiful.The breakfast is good with a fine variety of foods and fruits.

There were a few broken items in the bathroom, I assumed the staff would fix them when they came to clean, but no. It was ignored and a little inconvenient to me.

You can tell the property was very nice in its day - it’s dated but my room was light and bright and airy so to me that was a complete win. I faced over the park and the fresh air is great. Breakfast is good. Everything is solid- service, room, location is walkable. It serves my purpose well.

The room was very spacious although it need an upgrade.

The Hotel has no Restaurant (used only for breakfast) or Room Service and it doesn't offer any food ofr the inroom fridge with very limited options on the front desk.

The breakfast was good but needed a little variety after a few days. The rooms were kept clean though we could have used a few more towels. There was a coffee bar and microwave available at all timrs. A pleasant reception area. They provided us with cuttlery for a specisl occasion and allowed us to take breakfast to the room for a sick guest!! They were very accommodating and we had an enjoyable stay.

The exercise facilities were lacking - cleanliness and a pool was missing. Thrre was a community ironing room - not acceptable.

Good location, valuable&reasonable to stay many days. Especially the bed was very comfortable to sleep ? when I asked about some touristic area, the staff even researched and wrote down details on paper for me. All kind staffs there. Appreciate as a solo-traveller. Even 1st visit in this city! And with nice view from my room!

Nothing really. The space of restaurant was a but small when it's crowded. But no big deal!
