Breakfast

Two singles beds for a couple, terrible air conditioner, terrible internet for TV, only a single pillow by person - and a shit one, no blankets in a terrible weather

Breakfast was very good, the Italian and Japanese restaurants was great.

The staff was not very knowledgeable, I left an envelope to be delivery to the driver that brought us to the hotel with some money and the staff gave him a white empty envelope. I addressed the staff with specific information twice and they fell. They never delivery the envelope with the name of the driver, that's not acceptable at all. I called and they have the original envelope at the reception. They couldn't help my husband that speaks only English. The staff told me they "all" speak English, which is not the case.

Room was nice, didn't get a chance to use all the amenities but they had them. The staff at the resturant was very accommodating we got to the resturant late and they still provided options even the the kitchen was closing. The mini bar was a necessity after traveling all day. Bed was comfortable. The staff spoke great English. We were having trouble getting our credit cards to work but the staff was helpful. It is 20 minutes from VCP airport so allow time for flights.

Some of the room amenities were a bit old, the entrance door to the room didn't feel secure and did not fit the frame, so caused extra noise. It is in a loud part of town as well and again the airport was 20 minutes away.

Good hotel, with lovely rooms on a perfect location.

The pool (and poolarea) outside is very cold and needs a renovation. However for a small price you can enter the spa (adults) where they have a small heated pool.

The shampoo bottle was empty, body wash was far from shower and could not be moved

Public space was good. Located in a nice residential area.

The room (Executive apt) is not as spacious as expected and is old fashioned—needed upgrading like the public space. The double bed had an old mattress that vibrates so much with little movements that made it impossible to gain good sleep.

Nice property and superby breakfast. Well kept room and good bed. General staff efficient and polite.

Elevator service is a bit cumbersome sometimes

Bathroom too small, the toilet too close to the shower door. No one speaks English in all the restaurants. But Google translator work wonderful.

The breakfast was over the top!!! Amazing breakfast buffet you dont see this in many hotels. Everyday there was different bread and different sweets on the buffet. So delicious! Absolutely recommendable

The location

The staff in the kitchen was very impolite and unprofessional. I came to eat breakfast during their opening hours and I saw a sign in the restaurant saying that we could order extra dishes for the breakfast. So I approached a member of the kitchen to ask for an omelet and she turned her back and started to walk away from me, ignoring my request.When I insisted she finally replied saying that she wouldn't make any omelet for me because she was going to eat her breakfast first.This is not only rude, to walk away from a customer and not respond a request but it's also a ridiculous way of working. Can you imagine going to a restaurant during opening time, wanting to order a dish and then having the chef in the restaurant say that he won't cook anything for you because he is in his lunch break? If a restaurant or hotel kitchen is open then they should be ready to cook for the customers when they want, and not wait for the staff to eat first. If the staff wants to eat or do anything else then they should do it outside opening hours.

"somebody" entering my room with no call or knock on the door while I was in bed at 22:38 and the way the hotel reacted to my written complaint stating that a "somebody" had instructed another "somebody" to check if the room wasn't empty and denying me the option to meet those "somebody's" to confirm the story

Breakfast was very good every day. Facilities show to be aged and worn, but well maintained.

Room did not have a work desk. TV channels only in Portuguese (no English). Door signaling for do not disturb is not clear (my room was not cleaned one day, I received a note indicating my room was set to "do not disturb", but I did not indicate that at any time). I reported it to front desk and front desk staff did not empathize, only offered option of getting new towels or checking out. I placed an order for room service and was over 2 hours delayed because staff did not see the order. I reported it, and no one offered an apology for error, or even offered something to make up for the error.

We stayed at the master suite. The room itself is comfortable.

I found the Dengue mosquito (Aedes Egypt) at the reception, took a picture and showed to the reception staff. The person couldn’t care less. He said that there always have been a lot of mosquitos there. I made the point that this mosquito is dangerous and he didn’t take any measure.

Very nice staff and very clean to stay. It’s wonderful place to stay and very nice restaurants around the hotel. Personally I highly recommended the hotel. It’s very save and nice people around the street and shopping area.

Everybody was very cordial and trying to help. The restaurants at the location are really good, as well as the bar and room services.

At one point, there was only one elevator. It took more than 10 minutes to get into an elevator. We had to use the stairs up and down many times. During all our stay (from Oct 12 through 15), on elevator was in maintenance. On Saturday (14) on of the other two elevators broke. At the time a lot of people were checking in, guests coming for a wedding and also people that were working later on the party (with lots of luggage with equipments). It was very caotic around 2pm, with one line to the elavator that would go till the end of the front desk. On Sunday, the other elevator broke. We were very concerned we would have problems with our luggage and, because of that, made our check-out right after we had breakfast. Could not even enjoy our last morning in the hotel. I think they should have made a discount in our rates, or, at least, give us some sort of amenity.

Missing maintenance, the furniture and bathroom are so old!

Good hotel. But bathroom need to be remodeled and the towels need to be change urgently
