Clean, convenient, decent beds and a good shower

Very slow check-in, hard to even get the clerk's attention. But everything was fine in the end.

Clean, close to highway as expected.Breakfast not OK. Stale bread and scrabbled eggs were finished and we were told there were no more eggs available.

Easy access to the autoroute , very good value , clean and comfortable , good wifi , excellent shower and bathroom . The receptionist was very friendly and helpful . No problems , everything was very good .

Easy access for a one night stay on the way to the alp resorts. Flexible check-in hours and quiet location. Comfortable beds and clean even if a bit worn down facilities.

This hotel had something of the Bates Motel - or indeed any other seedy US motel - about it. When our satnav guided us to a dark and dingy industrial estate, I thought it must have gone wrong. The building looks a bit like a Nissen hut, and the rooms are basic in the extreme. No bathroom amenities, except some soap and shower gel in a wall mounted dispenser, and our toilet barely flushed. We were just dropping off to sleep when a fire alarm went off (11 pm). All this for a disgusting €175, excluding breakfast - a room which is usually €75. To say this was taking advantage of people travelling on one of the busiest Fridays of the year is an understatement. Absolutely outrageous.

The shutter on the window of my room did not close properly and a bright street light shone through the window.

conveniently placed close to the HighWay in Chamberystaff is excellent and very kind and kept my reservation and assisted me on the phone as I was arriving lateAlso nice restaurant - awesome tartiflette

wi fi is a bit weak - if need to work might be a bit of a hassle

Clean, quiet room with an excellent bed. Great shower too. My shortlist for an overnight stay.Recommend.

Convenience to motorway

Messaged ahead to check we could eat on arrival and were told restaurant would stay open until 10pm with last orders at 9.30pm. We arrived at 9.15 and told it was closed! After a bit of an argument we were served very grumpily by a surly waiter. Then given a key to an outside room which didn’t work ! Had to return to the reception in freezing weather - no apology.

A Motel type establishment that seems quite modern.Nice dining room and we had a lovely evening meal here. Buffet breakfast had good selection and set us up well for the day.Very friendly and helpful staff.Clean and comfy rooms of a good size.Good shower.

Not much...unless you like staying in industrial estates. Pretty grotty chain hotel off the motorway. Staff were good but facilities were poor. Reminded me of the Bates hotel.

I liked the rooms, they were comfy and cozy.

If you dont have a car, its quite far from the city, there a bus but comes once an hour and is a little far from the hotel.

Horrible place, smelt like dead animals, looked like a prison work program. Would never recommend, photos are misleading

The location, not clean, bad smell.

We are regulars as the hotel is perfectly located on our trip to snd from Switzerland. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are a fair size and the beds very comfortable. Great also as we can bring our dog. Restaurant is welcoming with its terrace and the surroundings allow a nice walk with the fog. Price value is excellent.

It works but it would be nice if the showers/bathrooms would get a little update. Change of shower screen and plugs, grouting renewed. It’s definitely tired and starts looking a bit shabby.

Location and accessible for us on route to Italy and back to France. Enjoy the restaurant on premises, food good, comfortable, clean, staff pleasant. One night stop.over after long drive, very restful within a landscape and secure parking. Great for our little dog too.

Appearance if the stairway could be improved , finish and fresh paint, bit draby.

Convenient location. We have stayed here before and use as a stop over on the way to Italy. Really handy having a restaurant which means you don't need to start looking for places to eat. We were able to chill after a long drive before the last leg of our journey.
