It didn't have a cooling air conditioning system.

The property was close to the main square and shopping district.

The restaurant and bar were a bit dated, and the clientele was a little sketchy.

Not value for money

A lot of dust in the room ..the bathroom smell a lot we had to keep the window open cause it's unbearable inside ....The terrace door is broken as we can't lock it from inside .No lift not an issue but the hotel looks old inside ..Apary to he location not value foroney

I liked the decorations inside the property and the position was perfect.

The communication was not good. We didn't get any code to get into the property, so we had to wait hours at night on the street before entering the room. In the morning, the woman cleaning the rooms wanted us to leave before the check-out time. She wasn't nice. I understand life can be busy for the person who does this job, but host service should be given right.

Staff friendly, good room for price. Town is gorgeous. Good location.

Position, close to bus station and the city centre

Smell was awful, especially in the bathroom. There was no table or desk, not even a small one.

I never really leave reviews, but here I had to, because I was afraid to book after I read the reviews. I don't need a lot, so I still booked, but the reviews didn't match at all with what I experienced. I had a great stay. The location is perfect, the employees are friendly, the room good looking, the bed and pillow are very comfortable, and the shower too. It's not a room to hang out in for a long time, but for sure, it's a comfy bedroom. Wifi is good in the room too, it was clean and I had towels, soap and even shampoo. The room doesn't have a view, but if you look around in the center, there don't exist windows with a good view. The windows had good curtains blocking out sun and light, giving it a good temperature to sleep in. Even having a power nap at 2pm was comfortable. I could leave my backpack and check in quite a lot earlier than 3pm, checkout time is also perfect at 10.30am. I've never had such a good room located in a center for 50 euros. I was very very happy and would stay here again for sure when I'm in Chambery.

Nothing really. There was nobody at the hotel when I arrived, but a quick phone call solved the problem in minutes.

The room was old, damp and the internet didn't work.

The staff were excellent and sorted out a problem for me. Th rooms are perfect size and the beds comfortable. Being in the centre of the town and close to the railway station the location was perfect for me.

I was quite content with everything. I can't think of anything that fell short of my expectations. I would imagine that a visitor would have to be very fussy to find fault with this accommodation. I would certainly book tis accommodation again.

Cockroach walked across bedroom floor this morning. The sliding door onto the terrace didn’t lock. This was first floor terrace

Location. 5 minutes from railway and bus station. 5 minutes from all the major tourist sites, 15 minutes walk to hospital. Close to tourist information and LOTS OF SHOPS!Hotel. Separate from the bar. Very quiet. Room is clean and tidy, en suite the same. Hanging rail and storage. Kettle and TV. Lovely and warm. New proprietors so not serving meals but a great choice of breakfast places andvrestaurants within 200 metres.It is so very reasonably priced - I will return.
