I loved the design of the hotel and the little touches that make it look so so visually appealing! The room was stunning, the hostess was extremely helpful and such a lovely woman who helped us book a table for dinner, help us find our way around town, and give us suggestions that we loved! I felt at ease not planning this part of the trip beforehand cause she made it so much more fun for us! The 50 minute private pool and hammam session was such a blessing for our jet lagged aching feet after travelling.

Everything! Very intimate space, lush and warm. Exceptional service and incredible Host and owner.

Car via valet only and only from 8am to 10. This is not a huge problem as there is street parking and it’s close by.

I thought the property was beautiful, really interesting architecture and amazing use of the space. One of the best hotels I have been in.

Gorgeous little boutique hotel right in the old town of Chambéry

Lovely boutique hotel in the old town. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant and bar is relaxed, welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is top quality food and excellent service however it is quite expensive

The structure is very beautiful, in the heart of the historic center of Chambery. Everything is taken care to the smallest detail.Breakfast was very good and plentiful and is served at the table.The staff was very kind and available.

A breakfast buffet would have been better appreciated.The room was all black and if at the beginning I found it very elegant, after a while I realized it was not 100% comfortable. Some natural light would have been appreciated or alternatively more artificial lights in addition to the existing spotlights.The mattress was too soft, a little concave, uncomfortable for the back.

The hotel is finished to an incredibly high standard. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully decorated. It is perfectly located, in the shadow of the castle of the Dukes of Savoy. The cocktails and food in the hotel bar where excellent but that was just a taste of what was to come from the restaurant. Four of us had the 5 course taster menu, to much indecision over the a la carte menu! The whole menu was beautifully cooked, presented and served by friendly, engaging staff. While it seems unfair to single any of the courses, a special mention must go to the fish course and the dessert. Everything about the fish course was lovely, the flavours complemented each other beautifully and the cooking of the fish was excellent. As for the dessert it was simply a work of art, oh and delicious.

Such a beautiful hotel with superb decor. The breakfast was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening meal in the beautiful restaurant.

Breakfast is special, very good. Location is perfect and they have valet parking. They have very good dinners and beautiful bar. Hihly recomended.

Complete luxury in elegantly renovated 15th Century house right in the centre of old Chambery. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was amazing!

A really fantastic and individual hotel right in the heart of Chambery's old town. Lovely people, beautiful rooms, a really great hotel and superb cocktails. We loved it all!

The restaurant is horrible ! Chef is trying the most unbelievable combinations ! Tuna with chocolate just disgusting !!

It was exceptional, flawless service, amazing breakfast and a relaxing swimming pool. We already booked our next stay.

Perfect location, public parking near, the bar is open till midnight!!!

The gym is not well equipped

My name is Tine, my brother and his girlfriend booked this hotel for 2 nights for me and my boyfriend, plus another friend of his. Best breakfast I ever had, the waiters are professional an super kind. Very modern and spacious rooms.

My brother got sick on the first night. An ambulance brought him to the hospital. We asked for a refund for the second night for all 3 rooms. That was not possible. When I asked why, the always super friendly receptionist went from kind to angry. I could see the anger in her eyes. Only for 2 minutes hot water in the shower, lots of stairs, no elevator. The all black room is cosy but it's not easy to find your stuf, even with all the lights on maximum brightness. Two days later the receptionist called my brother, she was super angry about the comments he left. She was yelling on the phone. Not something you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

I've booked for 2 nights for 5 people in 3 roomsThe hotel, crew and accomodations were very nice. The dinner was amazing, even if I only ate 2 dishes of 6 course menu. One of the best breakfasts I ever had.

On the first night, during the dinner in the hotel, I got very sick and went to the hospital in an ambulance. It had nothing to do with the food.Next morning all 5 of us left because of my health problems. They didn't want to pay us back the second night. I never had such an experience in 5 star hotels during the last 15 years. Once we left for a broken leg on a ski holiday and the other one was for someone's mother who past away. Both of them did a refund. Because of that we came back for other holidays.To the owner of the hotel:Life is not only about money. It's also about humanity, helping other people, showing respect,... In the long term this positive karma will always pay off.
