The staff is fantastic. I do not speak French, and they have been incredibly kind and helpful.

Garage is expensive.

Nice warm lobby, helpful and friendly staff, really excellent breakfast with a large variety of foods, quiet, 1 min access to train station. I really like the vestibule door which creates a more comfortable bedroom atmosphere

Very limited parking. Needed to find street parking.

Old bedroom, and above all, the parking spaces is just useless for a modern car. They suggested me to park my car in the street,and my car is a mid side SUV, which is very common nowadays. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because of the availability of parking. Totally missleading.

Amazing & helpful staff, free minibar! Loved the room & that it had a window that opened! Toiletries very nice!

Hotel is well located and clean and pleasant. The rooms are a little basic, but perfect for what we needed for a quick overnight on our way to the alps. Breakfast was very god and the location is excellent.There is also underground parking under the hotel, but the spaces are super small

I really liked the location. The hotel is perfect for those travelling through France by train. On arrival the staff were attentive and welcoming. The room was larger than expected, clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Everything was clean, smart and functioning. The room was quiet and perfectly located to catch a train the next morning.

Nothing. No rooms available when I arrived at the property and still charged the full fee and refused a refund.

No accommodation for me and my family despite having booked 3 rooms. No alternative or resolution offered.

The room was great and the location couldn't be better for the train the next day. The lobby area was a very good place to relax and the small bar area was very welcome.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, great breakfast selection and with the train station literally on your doorstep.

No real storage in the bedroom so wouldn't be great for more than a couple of nights.

Room next to the LIFT.... very very very noisy. Hardly any sleep. People started leaving from 5.30am and were still arriving middle of the night. Restaurant on site very expensive. No clear sign for the hotel. Reception person too busy chatting to serve us.

Extreamly narrow parking. Too expensive for what they propose. Simple breakfast.

Lounge area was nice

Location opposite train station, no staff to provide cups for room- come back we will get you some you can take up. No shade on lamp stand.Parking is very small- should be stated.

Hotel helped with shipped baggage. Anne was great.Top location, nice little bar area with beer for waiting.

Could have had milk in the room for coffee. Eas provided when we asked for it

Small rooms, tired bathroom. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night from kitchen staff burning a pizza. Not addressed by staff or explanation.

Very comfortable hotel, very welcoming staff who helped me choose a nice room, the room was spacious with armchair and table, small bathroom but well equipped , varied breakfast with lots of homemade dishes , well situated opposite the station but quiet , not far from the town centre. We really enjoyed our stay and whenever i am in Chambery i always stay there. Never disappointed!

The hotel is close to the central station and easy to access using public transportation. The breakfast is based on good healthy products. You can establish your comfort temperature in the room.

Not very welcome when you arrive in the hotel. The french hospitality is not characteristic to this hotel. The first thing they say is that 150 Euro will be hold from your account till the end of your journey. This is at least offensive when you consider that we are members of All Accor and platinum clients of Booking. However, this is the way they work. I will not book this hotel anymore.
