The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my stay relaxing. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything, making me feel welcome from the start. On top of that, the price is very reasonable for the quality and service provided, which makes it excellent value for money.

people around the hotel were very sketchy, room and bathroom quite small but good enough for one night, not many options available to eat around it

Cheap and practical for one night.

Did not provide any soap in the shared bathrooms.

Everything is new and clean, the only thing I didn’t understand was why there was no blanket in the room.

The quality is higher than the price, the only thing is the location, well, it's a bit far from the center.

Was clean, and the rooms were okay

Was so cold the room, horrible! The rest of the hotel had a nice temperature, but the room was the worst experience that I could ever have! Not even two blankets were enough. I asked about the AC they told me there is no AC working in the room. Near by Swiss, with almost negative temperatures? Never again!

Ease of access from motorway. Reception still open at midnight. Breakfast was fine.

Not providing towels, realise this is in the small print, but would expect it. The coffee machine at breakfast didn't work very well. The doors to the room are very heavy and because it is shared facilities, there is a lot noise with doors banging.

We couldn't stay in the room. It was unlivable in the climate and F1 would not refund the 2nd night after we brought this to their attention. Really poor

The location is very difficult to get to by bus, especially with a lot of luggage.The rooms looked smaller than on the photos and a bit less qualitywise. We were a bit disappointed.

Clean, clearly newly done up, great location to get head down for night en route to ski resort!

Very noisy, lots of very loud / drunk people all through night so didn’t sleep well. Staff should’ve shut them up for everyone else’s sake!

It was clean. The ensuite was convenient. It's easy to book and check in.

It wasn't possible to walk to the city centre, where most of the food outlets were. The bed was very firm.

Shared toilets bathrooms, I dont recomend to any woman staying here to get a room with shared bathrooms, its tricky sometimes so its worth paying additional for personal bathroom

Location was quite and there was ample parking space/

The key pad combination to access the room only worked one time in three, it was then necessary to find the receptionist to use their master key to gain access to the room. I ended up wedging the door every time I left the room for a short period. Not very secure or desirable, but better than having to keep getting the receptionist. I stay at F1 hotel regularly and have rarely experience this problem previously. However, one day later I stopped at the F1 Cambrai and had the same problem.

Worst hotel

Noisy all the night, no towels (need to pay extra to get them), bed is horrible not comfortable at all. Common toilet and shower and need to wait because the are some broken showers.

Very well located on our journey. All the essentials and we needed.

Parking was tight.
