Bathroom was quite basic and noise from the corridor

Location was good for the station.

The breakfast was poor. There was no cooked breakfast left at 8am - just empty trays of what there had been. The orange juicer wasn’t working and the coffee machine seemed questionable when selecting any options that involved milk.

Friendly, cheerful and helpful check in staff. Clean hotel, bright spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast. Very convenient to the train station. Easy access to bus station.

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, rooms small and comfy, beds fluffy and comfortable, and staff extremely accommodating. We were assigned a room on a lower floor. When we asked about the possibility of changing to a room on an upper floor, it was no problem at all.

Breakfast: very poor variety + it was gonna and not renewed when I came (had to scrape the only available dish - eggs and bacon - from the common plate)

Great location close to the train station and the town centre, and despite being very central it was quiet!The staff was really lovely.

The room and bathroom were quite worn out. Old carpet, old and damaged curtains; the bedside table was a plastic stool.I have been to other Ibis Styles of better standard, quality and look.

Very clean, very comfortable, very quiet, excellent location. But by far what most pleased me was the incredibly accommodating and friendly staff. Francisca, Marylin, and Catherine went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. To summarize they were absolutely charming and wonderful. Thank you !
