The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location. Beds were comfortable. Very pleased by the experience we had there.

The room was a bit chilly and no way to adjust the heat.

The room was quite big and comfortable, with a good bed! The location was also really good, 100% recommended!

It's a small and not luxury hotel, everything was as expected.

The location was exactly what I was looking for - very close to the main train station. Upon arrival, the gentleman who checked me in was extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful - a very nice chap!I made a request for a quiet room and that was honoured. The Hotel in general was very clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. I have no negative feedback whatsoever.When I checked out the following morning, the young lady on reception was very helpful too and even arranged my taxi to the airport. All in all it was a very pleasant experience, so "thank you" to everyone involved - including the cleaners!!!

Nothing to dislike on this trip.

The hotel was busy, yet rooms clean, bet comfy and shower nice and powerful. Early continental breakfast available from 5.30 was a bonus.

It was a bit noisy as right opposite the station, but as we had to book at short notice due to a rockslide on the route to Moutiers, we were happy to to have found accommodation at all.

The location is excellent, just across the street from the train station and with several nearby restaurants. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced.

Opposite trwin station and near bus station. Large bathroom and balcony in room. Comfortable.

Waited hours beyond official check-in time, but it was New years day and they didn't have many cleaning staff, so that's understandable. We just walked around the nice town.

Opposite Chambery Station, good location, nearby restaurants and cafes, and close to the bus terminus, luggage can be dropped off,

The staff were fabulous, the location was brilliant so close to the train station and very quite, breakfast was wonderful we loved our stay here it was great!

A great location for any train travellers as very close to the train station. There was a nice welcome on arrival. I enjoyed a complimentary cup of tea from the facilities at reception. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was available from early morning which was great as I had an early train to catch. Staff were professional. The breakfast buffet provided lots of options.

There was nothing to dislike, everything was good.

Excellent location. Greatly appreciated the coffee making facilities (kettle) in reception. I brought coffee and tea bags with me on holiday but disappointed to discover that in-room tea-making is not routinely provided in hotels in Italy or France as in UK. The reception area kettle was a nice touch of hospitality.

Our visit coincided with very hot and humid weather. The fan provided didn't add much comfort and was noisy through the night.

The weather was very hot, and the hotel rooms have no air conditioning (although fans were available in our two rooms).Driving into the underground car park can be challenging if you have a larger car since it is very narrow. You have a public paying parking lot 100m away, which could be an alternative.

Value for money ,great location,was there for 1 night and we want to go back ...Everything is smooth and everything approximately just 5 steps from the train station ....we will definitely be back ...Comfy bed
