Good location to discover champery.

The breakfast was not to broad not much choice. The facility wad different then on the photos. The Hotel was lived down and on a load street. The sauna was broken.

Hotel was clean, bed was comfy and staff were friendly.

Breakfast was limited and in evening bar hand run out of draft beer; and staff were unable to change barrel. Although I hadn't planned to use it the sauna was out of order

Friendly welcome by happy team members, rooms to meet the family needs, a pool to occupy the children and an excellent buffet breakfast to kickstart the day.

Staff are lovely, as is the location, although car parking is height restricted (not an issue for us). Very pleasant stay and can recommend the roof top bar around the corner. Will happily stay again on the way to skiing.

Great location walking distance into town

Drop off outside the hotel was a nightmare, people just randomly parked in the couple of slots so almost impossible to unload.The pool had a raised side and my son slipped badly bruising and cut open his leg on the raised edge of the pool.The single bed had a huge low hanging light above it so the bed was made up with the pillow at the end which would normally be the feet so no headboard and pillow fall off bed or bang head on light - just lots of smell things that made this not worth the price we paid compared to everywhere else we stayed in France on our road trip

Good location, we were very lucky and parked outside but usually the parking is a short walk away.Pool was nice, very small but OK after a long drive.

It was Saturday night and quite noisy. The room was comfortable but “compact”!

Love the fact that this hotel has joining rooms, which makes a stopover stay perfect for our family of 5. The indoor pool for the kids at the end of a long car journey from the UK to the Alps is just what is needed to stretch out and exercise before bed. They have secure garage parking at a small extra cost, which helps in this central location.

The location was exceptional, loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Breakfast was very good with a large choice of high quality food.

The staff were great, really friendly and helpful but also efficient and professional. The pool was a treat and the location is a fantastic base for exploring Chambery.

Great little hotel with a nice clean room and hot shower. Free tea and coffee, sauna and pool available at limited times.

Sauna hours too short, as well as pool.

The bath robs were not in the room. We had to ask the cleaning lady. But she was VERY nice. Thanks

The staff. The swimming pool. The breakfast. The bed. The staff upgraded us as the lift was broken and offered us a bottle of wine.

The staff was very nice and enabled our faily--including 3 grandchildren, ages 10, 10 ,and 8--to use the swimming pool after it had officially closed, since we arrived late. That was greatly appreciated!
