Location was excellent., right besides a big mall. Very convenient for restaurants and shopping.

The room is not comfortable. The beds are small and arranged in a weird way.

We arrived at 10pm with our one year old to make a reservation and they said they were full. So I went to booking.com to see if I could still find a room and I found multiple rooms at the “booked out hotel”. I would say it was probably a lazy staff? Poor attendance and less the hospitable service for a family late at night— it would be a different story if they really didn’t have room.

In the morning the shower was only with cold water, the air condioning had a broken part that made noise all night long, bed sheets were smelly...

It delivers what they are supposed to

The room doesn’t have a bathroom. They have the Toilet and ahower in different places. The real issue is that the toilet is small and makes you feel claustrophobic.

Ibis Budget is an excellent option, especially for groups of three people, because there is a second bunk bed integrated into the room structure. Extremely well organised, with courteous and very helpful staff.I really liked the shower - always piping hot, and with a neat shampoo dispenser. The breakfast was also very good, and covered everyone's needs, being open from 06:30 h to 10:00 h (and then some).One other good thing is that the hotel has its own direct access to a shopping mall, which has a supermarket, pharmacy, and literally dozens of food options.

The WiFi could have been better. The breakfast varied very little from day to day, so it might get monotonous after 3 days. Despite being very functional, the room lacks adequate storage space (hangers, shelves, hooks, etc.) for more than one person. As we were a group of three, the space rapidly became very chaotic, especially at the sink, where toothbrushes, toiletries and so on were competing for a space the size of a laptop.No fridge, and cold drinks were only available in the lobby.

The bed was comfy and super clean. The shower was good. The lobby is very cool. The a/c was in a great position. The staff was lovely.I loved being so close to the Shopping mall.

I didn't know that all wall sockets were 220v. I had with me some stuff I couldn't use assuming that Sâo Paulo is 110v (mostly, looks like).

Horrible bed and pillows, too hard (it was like sleeping on a wood board).Poor lighting on the room.Bad continental breakfast.A long line on the check-in counter. Although many guests checking in on new years eve only one employee at the desk.

comfy bed, easy access to Tambore Shopping facilities

tricky to get in when you are driving: gps/maps will show you the wrong location inside the Tambore shopping parking lot. the parking facilities of the hotel starts charging after the first 15min: not enough time for check in and leave without paying a fee.

Very clean and tidy. Towels smells good!

always take too long to deal with the front desk. Long waiting, too much waiting to check in, seems like the system isn’t good or they like to be lazy.I don’t have a plan to go back.

Checking in took a long time, 1,5 hrs+, parking and breakfast has to be paid separately, meaning at the end, this is not a budget prize.

Check in, apparently the IT system the employers have to use is not user friendly.
