Radisson Hotel Alphaville

The bed was fantastic.

Wi-fi didn't work all the time, was slow overall. The hall smelled musty. Not awful, but definitely not "5 stars".

Great breakfast and very helpful staff.

Superb staff. Good breakfast. Great bathroom, specially the shower - great pressure and hot water.

The hotel facilities, mostly the rooms are "tired"in dire need of refurbishment.

Localization, quality of bed

There were no essential items like a hairdryer. I had to request an item that should have already been in the room. The room was dark, with very poor lighting. The toilet was clogged, and I couldn’t use the bathroom properly.

The pressure of the shower, comfort bed and the most I liked was the staff.Many thanks to Joana that dealt with the room cleaning, Luana, Célio and the chef that made our breakfast experience more enjoyable and Clara on check in be very polite and welcoming. Very well located.

We had some issues with the towels and they sorted. But the 9th floor need a refurbishment, some simple maintenance needed. Our room was with infiltration and mould.

Location in Alphaville

As in other Radisson hotels it needs a profound refurbishing, it's old faschioned and rooms, lobby, restaurant and leisure are (gym) are totally from the 80's. Gym machines and dumbells are obsolete and the equipment is low level.

Limited food choices

Excellent room - spacious, clean and quite. The breakfast was very well served. The staff was super friendly and willing to help us all the time.

Internet in the room wasn´t good at all.

Location is perfect, near to Laville, Mc Donalds and Outback. Staffs very friendle, and the room had a bed very comfortable and the space in the desk large enough for two people to work that was our case.

Comfortable bedroom, clean, location, staff are polite and helpful. No complaints about the restaurant and bar, good food and drinks

There is air conditioning or any fan in the gym. Even with the windows open miss some air flow there

The shower sink was not draining well, also at the check in a room alredy occupied was assigned to me

The staff was the best. Super friendly and helpful. Heads up to Antony, who would go out of his way to help with anything we needed. And the fact he could speak so good English took a burden off my shoulder, because my husband could talk to him straight with no need for me to translate everything.

Unfortunately, the pool, the reason why I chose to spend our first night in Brazil at Radisson Alphaville after two long flights, was unavailable.

Old furniture, walls badly painted .. looks like an old 3 stars hotel, bad smell

Comfortable bed and good location

Staff took 90 minutes to deliver a simples soup.Before asking I explained I had an important meeting soon and they said "don't worry sir, is 30 minutes max" after ONE HOUR waiting for the soup I had to call reception and they said "oh sorry sir, more 20 minutes" and I received the soup 90 minutes after initial request.

Nice comfortable room and king bed. Pool nice to relax in.

Bathroon very basic with almost no ammenities. Breakfast average. Could be improved. No towls in the pool area.
