The quiet and comfort, along with the excellent central location

The housekeeping staff was often rude. Ended up declining housekeeping for most of the trip.

One of our perfumes was gone after the day the maid cleaned the room. We realized it on May 7 that we couldn’t find it but we had already left the hotel. We hope to receive a reimbursement for this loss. Only God knows if anything else is missing that we did not realize yet. This is a $168 dollar perfume, in Brazil should cost a fortune.

The service is good . Met Tangkuay the concierge. overall experience with taxi driver Beneditto also awesome . Very familiar

None . Except no hot water available in the room. Most of hotels in Asia always provide kettle to make hot water for coffee or tea,

Great breakfast, huge variety of pastries and fresh fruit. Room are spacious and spotless.Staff is super nice, they speak several languages and are willing to help with everything you might needWould definitely come back.

Mattress could be newer, you could hear and feel the springshopefully you can include toothbrushes, paste.Not sure if I missed it but you can include a better coffee machine, a barista would be nice.

They don’t provide hot water kettle in the room. They don’t provide regularly water in the room. Bathroom kids was not provided very basic Hotel and charging too much.

Hotel was basic for a 4star hotel, rooms were outdated.

Helpful staff

First room stank of cigarettes and we had to changeSecond room’s lock was broken. I had to take my stuff with me because the electronic lock did not workThe bathroom was leaking and wet the living room.This is a relatively high end hotel, I paid extra for a better room and the impression I got was that I was late to the party and checked into a decadent hotel who lived off of it’s past glory.

The location was very convenient. Seems like a big hotel ready to accommodate large groups for events.

The aircon spilt water on whoever would switch it on and was ultra noisy, making different types of noise from time to time. We could also occasionally hear what sounded like water pipes in the wall, which happened while neither of us was using anything (eg.:tap, shower, etc). I was recovering from a medical procedure during my stay, so all those noises disrupting our sleep weren't great. My mother-in-law - staying in a different room - also had problems where her door wouldn't lock! Anyone could open it from the outside, no matter how you tried to lock it. The hotel staff sent the repair team, who spent some time on it and confirmed the repair was complete. However, whilst she tried to lock it again, it was still malfunctioning! The hotel ended up accommodating her in a different room on another floor.

The personal are incredibly friendly, especially Wallace, Antonio and Luh. The breakfast is excellent and has lots of options.

The facilities in general are mediocre. The bathroom doesn’t have a vent and is full of mold on the walls and ceiling. The cleaning is poor. The TV only worked half of the time because the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the 7th floor according to the tech that came to check on it. The restaurant buffet for lunch and dinner was not great, although the dessert options were delicious. Lastly, on the day I left, my room key wouldn’t work. I went up and down 4 times with a new key and I couldn’t get in the room to retrieve my bags. Finally they sent a tech to fix it, and after about 30 minutes of that caos I was able to get in, almost causing me to miss my flight back home.
