Great location to downtown. Cozy rooms. Clean. Good breakfast. Parking available.

Treatment from staff/owner’s wife. We were told breakfast hours until 10am. While eating bfast we were told at 9:50 a.m. that check out was at 10 a.m. too. We raced thru bfast to get our bags and check out. The owner said we could have until 10:15. We were in the room gathering our luggage and using bathroom one last time, running late at about 10:24 a.m. Our door was pounded on repeatedly with such violent banging. We were carrying our bags to the door and saying “one moment” when the wife keyed in and started yelling at us like we were criminals. Claimed they had a full house that evening and we needed to get out! The rage on this woman’s face was enough for us to say nope, not staying here again. The room had nothing to clean but change a bed and wipe down the bathroom , otherwise it was all wood and already clean.They obviously got their money for the night. Owner acts nice, then sends his wife to scream and yell at their customers. Uncalled for. We will never stay here again.

Excellent breakfast with home made jams, terrific bread and croissant, yoghourt and excellent local beaufort cheese ; friendly and homely; room was clean, neat comfortable; host and his wife were very friendly; hotel is 5 minutes from station in quiet spot

Very good breakfast. Friendly proprietor and wife. Excellent location handy for catching shuttle to funicular. Compact room but well designed.

Wifi was not always reliable.

The location is excellent for the train station & the funiculaire up to Les Arcs. A 5 minute walk. We had nice breakfasts in the hotel & there's plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk.We WILL definitely be back!

Your classic basic-but-handy ** hotel. Good location. No frills but everything works. Good but simple breakfast (extra charge).

Proprietor can seem rather gruff (but his heart’s in the right place).

It’s well located, clean and safe.

A comfortable, welcoming stay & very helpful owners. Location was perfect for our needs ( hospital visiting) and my wife felt very well looked after .

Cute little Hotel at walking distance from the trainstation. Cosy pocket sized chalet vibe with view towards Les Arc ski resort. From our room we could see Charlotte Perriand building up there. We'll be back. Thx

Great location, close to rail station, shops, restaurants and Saturday market. Option to have breakfast and dinner in if you don’t feel like going out. Simple and comfortable, seems to be the choice for hikers in the area.

No air conditioning but a fan was provided

Fantastic place to stop for motorcycle touring. Room clean and comfortable, plenty of parking for motorbikes. Host was fantastic.

Convenient location, clean and pleasant room., Could not check in until 1700 so had to ring a bell.

An excellent place to stop over on the way past. Reception were helpful for a late check in. Our room was quite small, with very limited space, and I think large people would not be very comfortable. Beds where comfy but not large, and the shower is only 70cm x 70cm. Shutters meant it was actually dark in the room. I would happily stay here again.

Shower was very small, so large people will find it hard to use. Limited storage so don't expect to unpack your bags!

A comfortable bedroom with an excellent en-suite in a brilliant location (very close to the train station, funicular and old town shops). Thierry is a very welcoming host with excellent English. The breakfasts were super too. I thought this was fantastic value and served as a perfect base for skiing at Les Arcs.

Hotel Arolla is a nice small friendly hotel in a great location. Staff were very helpful even before I arrived, calling me back to make arrangement in case I was late to arrive) The hotel is well kept, room was very clean and the bed made for me each day. The location was ideal for me being close to town and the Funicular only a few minutes walk for access to Les Arcs and the bus / train station. Breakfast was excellent. The bed was very comfy too and I would not hesitate to return for another visit.

One opportunity to improve would be to provide a little information in the room about the hotel and local area, as in my case I arrived late and did not have much time to chat with the hosts on my arrival.
