The cleanliness of the staff. Tremendous breakfast buffet!!
The food in the restaurant was good
Our host was extremely helpful. He was also the chef at the in-hotel restaurant, and served one of the best meals ever.

Cons -

Stood at check-in desk for 45 minutes min while agent called people up past me to check them in/out. Same agent NEVER advised there was a hotel shuttle to/from airport.I spent over $100 on Ubers to go back & forth to reach train at Airport VS $15-htl shtl
The room smelled of air freshener that affected my allergies The description of the hotel did not say that their shuttle to the airport was 15 euros per person. Description also mentioned it was located at terminal 2(it was almost 2 miles from there
Room was good, not great. Main complaint is the toilet did not flush properly.

I chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the airport. It was close but...

Despite the proximity and the promise of an airport shuttle, we had to take (and pay for) a cab to the airport for a noon flight. The electronic keys didn't work (affected other guests) and buying a Coke was difficult because a lack of adequate staff.
