We appreciated communication before we arrived. The location is beautiful and offered free transportation to and from the airport. We ate and the restaurant and were extremely pleased with the food.
Clean. Beautiful though remote location near Upper Ticino River/canal system. Nice though minimal staff. Best to speak Italian.

Cons -

The after-hours check-in lady was mean. She always pretended not understanding English when she did not want to help you. She claimed that she only works for the parking garage and not for the hotel, which was obviously not true as she had all the keys.
Big empty room with almost no furniture. No table. No iron. Marginally functional air conditioning. Poor shuttle service linking to the nearby Malpensa airport. Poor communication before and during stay. Incorrect billing (e.g., I'm not from Norwalk CT).
