Loud construction had to move our room which was an exceptional suite until it wasn’t

Great location.Loved the shower head, finally one doesn't need 10' to figure the hot/cold water, etc.

The place needs a face lift and to be cleaned.Old chairs in the yard, glasses from the bar not picked, Not a 4 star hotel.

We came for the spa facilities, which were wonderful!!Breakfast was excellent!

Room decor is very dated and doonas on the beds would have been nice.

As a disabled traveller I need to be close to the lift. Despite assurances this would be fine (during the booking process) the room we were allocated couldn’t have been further from it. Reception said they couldn’t move us, they weren’t very helpful.

Location is perfect particularly for sailors

Great location by the lake, near restaurants and activities. Spa and gym good. Quiet and comfortable. Very dog-friendly. Electric charger for car excellent. Secure parking.

A little expensive but it was peak season.

Brilliant location short walk to promenade and restaurants. We shared a family room which gave us plenty of space. We really enjoyed using the spa facilities, although children can't use some areas. Breakfast was delicious and there was so much choice!

It felt a bit dated in style when we first arrived, but the space we had was super and we really enjoyed our stay! Better for couples than families in terms of facilities.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. Great location with harbor and lake views, excellent customer service, and a nice spa. Fantastic value for money. Highly recommend!

The breakfast is a bit expensive, but really generous. There were many options available. A feast!The rooms were quite spacious and the bed was huge! Very comfortable.I loved the water distributors on the corridors that had sparkling water! Just a small detail, but very nice!We booked a face treatment and a massage on the spa, and we really liked it.The location is great, next to many nice restaurants with lake view.We have read some comments online criticizing the hygiene in the pools, but at least for this last weekend, everything was very clean!

The place is completely packed during the weekend. Even after the spa external open hours, it was still impossible to enjoy some of the spa facilities because they were full with other people. I recommend to people who wish to book this hotel to enjoy the spa to avoid the weekend. Sunday evening the spa zone was much better!Some facilities are a bit worn down, and the pools are not as large as in other places, but I still think it is a very nice place.

The secure parking, cleanliness of the room & location next to the lake.

The poor soundproofing meant that we were privy to far too much of our neighbours' activities !

Nice and confy room with excellent and full of variety breakfast. Good spa facilities areas.

The rooms were clean and spacious and the pools, saunas and hammam were a great addition to our stay.

the pool, hamman and sauna area was incredibly busy as it was not exclusively for hotel residents and was also open to the general public. However, the hotel did give hotel residents exclusive access after 6pm until 11pm which was appreciated.

Fantastic family friendly spa. Would definitely go there again with my kids. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had. I was blown away that there was even a juicer with fresh vegetables and fruits available!

Our view of the hotel changed from.when we arrived to when we left. While at breakfast a member of staff stole all of our money from our hotel room.

We reported the incident to the reception but unfortunately the hotel failed in their responsibility to keep their guests safe while paying to stay at the hotel. Very disappointing and would definitely not recommend this hotel.
