Beautiful hotel, the 2 guys at the front desk were so friendly and helpful!!, outstanding facilities, parking, purified water from the thermal fountain available to refill and drink, lovely breakfast buffet -- everything was exquisite!!!! We will be back!!!

I loved the parking! (It was a little tight and hard to maneuver in, but its the sort of thing Europeans are accustomed to and being from Hawaii, I was not!)

Everything was perfect. All the stuff from the reception to housekeepers very good and friendly. Hardly recommend. The hotel really close to the main train station and other parks of the city. Really nice breakfast too and a such great spa with a lot options to rest and enjoy the all day

The hotel was spacious and had good amenities overall. We booked a suite and it was big enough for a family of 2 adults and 2 small kids

Our room was refurbished and the renovations ended the day we checked in. The room was dusty, not properly clean, the terrace had construction items still missing and not cleaned, and we room itself was far from being ready to be utilised: last finishing touches missing (empty corner on one of the walls of the bathroom), there were no remote controls for both TVs, not even a single bin available, no toilet paper. My kids spent the night coughing and sneezing with the amount of dust there was, just not aceptable

Excellent spa with wonderful indoor pool together with water area for kids to play. Very clean all over, exceptional location downtown with access to everything. Room renovated with high elegance.

The hotel is newly refurbished (this is still happening, so be aware it’s noisy during the day) and the rooms are fresh and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a 5 min walk to the train station, for those without a car and only 2 mins by foot from the town centre.

No control over heating in the room. Like many European hotels (why????) despite saying it has aircon you are subject to central heating and the room is hot. They can ‘turn it down’ if you ask the desk but it’s still on heating mode. You have to leave the window wide open all night for some cool air and then you have traffic noise from time to time. Beds are very firm (that’s individual preference but be aware). The spa facility is much smaller than anticipated from the online marketing. Two small indoor heated pools … the water is tepid. Not what I expected from a spa hotel in a thermal area. Having said those things, it is a clean, modern hotel that will appeal to many.

The family suite was newly refurbished, spacious and comfortable.

The window to the family suite was right in front of the spa/pool access with lounge chairs right under the window so there was no privacy and we had to keep the curtains drawn the whole time. There was an issue with our room and spa access keys that we had to have reactivated on 4 occasions during our stay. Staff apologized for the inconvenience but nothing was offered beyond apologies.

Modern, busy hotel with large, comfortable rooms and possibility to use the spa, complete with indoor heated pool, massage jets, and jacuzzis.

I had to go in search of a hair dryer because it was missing from the room. The restaurant in the hotel was closed when we visited.

It is a great hotel !! The room was very confortable, great A/C, beautiful decoration and excellent noise/air proof doors, windows and walls. Very cosy spa and beautiful relax area.The location is great, very central with a park surrounding the hotel, and a japanese gardin.

The staff was clearly insufficient. The bar at the relax area never opened during our stay. The relax area itself never cleaned, the same piece of paper from some biscuits package stayed on the ground for 2 days. The jacuzzi had none-functionning buttons that nobody fixed.It's a real pity. For the staff that was a merely 2,5-3* hotel.

The property was super nice, very well designed rooms and modern. The spa was very nice and clean. It was super close to everything, restaurants, bars, stores and all.

The parking was misleading and not well designed. We barely found the way up to the hotel, it could use some signage. It would’ve also been great if they had a big pool for the summer!

Beautiful location, very pleasant staff and lovely pool on rooftop. Rooms were spacious & beds were large & comfortable. Very good water pressure in shower. Coffee machine available in room.

Advertise a mini bar but there is nothing in it and it doesn’t work Pools and spas are very crowded hardly room for everyone in the water Cleaning staff don’t always replenish coffee and tea Reception staff acknowledge concerns and say they will refer to manager but nothing actual changes.

Nice hotel with good spa facilities if you know to book the right room - some rooms have only partial access to parts of the facilities. Good location close to the station and city centre. Rating impacted by the admin issues we had and made us quite uncomfortable.

As we had booked a room without full access to the two spas available at the hotel, we upgraded our room upon arrival but staff did something wrong with the room allocation so basically after we had checked in and made ourselves comfortable in our room, another family was given access to the same hotel room. This was of course quite awkward, especially as we were out for a work and arrived just to see them leave our room with their keys. The family were given another room but this also led to the keys not working and we had to change them a couple of time. Also when we then checked out, the invoice was wrong with the upgrade charged twice but we spotted that before paying so all ok. The administrative issues made us feel a bit uncomfortable even if the staff was nice. Also just to note that there's a rule not to bring kids to the spa / swimming pool on the 1st floor but this was not respected so there were toddlers floating in the swimming pool and staff did nothing to remind people of the rules. We were not so much bothered about this but some people were clearly disturbed of the noise of the kids.
