The property was situated close to the lake. Excellent location. Restaurant good value. Traditional bistro choice.

Shower very small and old fashioned decor.

+ Brilliant location if one wants to be in the middle of the ‘hustle and bustle’. Our room overlooked the daytime busy terrace eatery and the marina.+ Private parking - exceptional facility in resort centre+ A few hundred metres from several good restaurants, including the one at the hotel.+ Bedroom was very comfortable + Shower was excellent- Bedroom needed two chairs as it was a double- Fittings were cheap and tired- Restaurant facility was good if warm enough to ear outside. Inside, would be eating in a pub

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times on the way to the Alps. Rooms are good value and comfortable. The food is good and the location is excellent right by the lake. Also free parking which is a bonus.

The breakfast was fresh and ok, but would have liked a little more on the side such as simple cheese and egg.

Good location next to the lake. Rooms clean and of a good size. Private parking to the rear. Bar and restaurant downstairs.

Local area relatively expensive

As a result of poor service from the obviously busy staff we had dinner and breakfast elsewhere and left early the next

Delightful man greeted us in the car park but any further contact with staff was poor. It appeared to be too much bother to even interact with us

Our very spacious room was at the rear of the property with nice views of the lake, mariner and park.

Clean, comfortable room with a view of the lake. Good shower. Sheets changed every day and friendly staff. Bikes locked away at night.

The paper cups to make a tea or coffee in the room were too small and thin. Other than that nothing to complain about.

The location is beautiful–right by the lake. The owners and employees are super nice and friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed the food, lunch in the crêperie, dinner in the hotel restaurant, and breakfast, with bio yoghurt and fresh fruit.

The decor of the room was un peu triste - a lovely old building in traditional style from the outside, but horizontal floorboards in grey-beige on the walls, and not a single picture. It was also quite small.

Very good location near the lake and cruise boarding stations. Dinner in the restaurant was OK too. Staff was very helpful to manage our special requests for the breakfast. Exterior terrasse under the trees is very comfortable for dinner.

As there is enough space available on the exterior ground/terrasse , i would suggest to even get a separation of smoker and non smoker areas .

The hotel is right on the lake in Aix-les-Bains near restaurants, marinas, and many of the summer activities for which the town is known. We appreciated the free parking as we were traveling by car. Checking in at the bar in the restaurant was certainly a new experience but seemed to work well.

Since the hotel does not have an elevator and does not have any ground floor rooms, we were grateful that we only needed to carry our suitcases up one flight of stairs.

The location was excellent, the restaurant and bar was brilliant. The staff are very friendly. The room was clean and adequate.

The room was extremely hot due to the very warm weather. We were provided with 2 fans but one did not work which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The room would have benefitted from air conditioning. The room was very small for 5 adults, we were expecting a larger room.

Really nice personell - they let us print necessary document. Great location. Tasty and fresh breakfast, all sweet, but it was all listed upfront.

A little stuffy but we were staying in 5 people room. With Window open it was cold, with closed it was stuffy. Better ventilation would be great.

The cleaning staff used some perfume that was very strong and anoying and did not disapear even after one day with the window open

Location was excellent on the Harbourside. Restaurant below for evening meal and breakfast. Room was clean and nice.

The room was cold. Someone came to check the radiator and said all was ok, but it never came on.

fourth time I have stayed here at this dog friendly hotel. it’s right next to the port and great for walking ourLabrador along the lake. It is basic accommodation with bathroom but still value for money.The busy Skiff restaurant is mainly fish but they cater for other meat dishes. Free car parking in this busyresort right behind the hotel.
